SPECIAL CHAPTER: You're what?

"You're what?" Mina's mom exclaimed.

They're now at the hospital, Mina showed her mother the ultrasound. And they just couldn't believe it.

"Pregnant, mom." Mina said, smiling.. but she's nervous about this. They don't even know that she's dating someone. And now, the next thing they knew.. Mina is pregnant.

It's really a shocking news for the couple.

Her father's eyes widened, "Who's the father? I swear if i saw him-" he's about to threaten all the boy in the world, not until..

"Me, sir."

Chaeyoung raised her hand.

"Oh." The man reacted.

Mina's mom is having a crisis, not understanding a thing on what's happening. "Wait, how?" She asked.

Mina's father exhaled, he knows. "An intersex, i see.."

"What hon'?" His wife asked.

He looked at the woman, "She's an intersex, am i right?" Then turned his face back to Chaeyoung.

Chaeyoung smiled, but Mina answered for her, "Yes, dad. She is."

Chaeyoung had been in the most terrifying situations. Like meeting up with highly recognized investors, influencers, and many more in the modeling world. But having to shake Mina's father's hand is more terrifying than what she experienced.

"Nice to meet you sir, it's an honor." She offered her hand, "Nice meeting you too." Which the man gladly obliged.

"Y-you're not.. not angry?" Mina said as she stared at her parents. Scanning their reactions. She thinks that she's just reading it wrong, but it looks like they're not mad or anything about the sudden news.

"How could we get mad, when we're gonna be grandparents?" Her mother stated.

It made the two breathe properly. They never experienced to have this results. But they are happy that Mina's parents are pretty accepting.

"So? Is it a boy.. or??" Mina's mom asked.

"We don't know yet." Mina replied and smiled as she touch her belly.

"But you already did an ultrasound." Her father comments.

"It's more like.. we don't wanna know yet." Mina clears out.

"Why?" The couple asked.

"We want it to be a surprise." Chaeyoung spoke.

"I'm betting, that's gonna be a boy." Mina's mother said.

"Nah, it's a girl." Her daddy said.

"Mom, dad." Mina tried to cut the foolish fight off.

"Oh sorry, we're just happy. And mostly, excited." Her mother said as they stop bickering.

"Yeah, but Mina.." her dad said, kina hesitant to continue.

"Yes daddy?" So Mina asked him.

"Why didn't you told us earlier?" His father continued it.

Mina sighed, as much as possible.. she doesn't want this to answer. "You know.. because-"

"Okay, okay. I see it." Her father got the clue, he now knows. And it'll be damn awkward if he pushes through.

"Thanks dad."

"So when's the wedding?" Her mother said.

Mina and Chaeyoung stared at each other. They smiled and averted their gaze back to the couple.

After a week of meeting Mina's parents, they're now at the wedding venue.

The wedding wasn't really that extravagant, it's just simple.

Mina wanted a simple wedding, but Chaeyoung opposed. But knowing her wife, Mina always want it her way.

So Chaeyoung secretly designed the most beautiful and expensive dress for her Mina.

Mina has no clue until of course Nayeon said it to her.

Chaeyoung earned a slap, but it was all worth it. The white sparkling wedding gown really compliments every corner of Mina's body. Chaeyoung can't dent how gorgeous her wife on that attire.

"You could only do this once, this isn't a waste." Chaeyoung argued with her wife, they're now sitting infront of the guests.

"Still, i told you before hand. I just want it simple." Mina rolled her eyes, Chaeyoung thinks it must be the mood swings of being pregnant again.

"Come on, baby.. i only want the best for you. This is a special and you're precious to me." Chaeyoung said as she admires her girl's beauty, staring at her adoringly.

"Whatever." Mina is still sulking but Chaeyoung just laughs it off. If she only knew that Mina will act like this, she would never make the girl pregnant.

Chaeyoung sighed.

Mina felt it, "Yah, did you just."

"What? Are you really going to argue at me on our own wedding day?" Chaeyoung asked.

"No, I'm sorry."

"I'm just breathing here Ms. Myoui, and i feel like I'm being accused of something big." Chaeyoung said.

"Oh, you're really going to be accused. Aren't you forgetting something? I'm not a Myoui anymore." Mina said as she placed a hand above her wife's hand.

"Oh, right."

"That's Son-Myoui Mina for you ma'am." Mina teased.

"Son-Myoui Mina, what a great name that is." Chaeyoung smiled and gave a peck on Mina's lips.

"That's more like it." Mina giggles.

As the time passes by, Chaeyoung is slowly getting the hang of it. She's learning from her past mistakes, and now she can finally play it cool. She's getting better at handling Mina's mood.
