In the vast yet dense streets of Faelen, there goes 3 figures. A human and his shadow hesitatingly following a tipsy elf down a slightly crowded alleyway leading onto a catacomb of streets and faces.

"You're still intoxicated so are you sure you know where we are?" Cain speaks through a cloth covering with a very shallow tone.

As fast as Cain was doubting this trip, Elas stopped full frontal and spun around with a similair speed and shift as his intoxicated slur. "OF COURSE, I mean yeah I do in fact. I used to come this way all the time drunk off my ass as well as it being in the middle of the night! So cheer up a bit there and come on for Devine's sake."

Nothing but a simple "hmph" is heard from Cain mixed in with the general sound of the bustling streets they follow.

Our group carries on until they meet a small shack on the outer border of the city. The area that surround is low and wealth is somewhat scarce but people do manage under the dwarven banner. Jobs are aplenty to all who come seeking refuge. the commander of Faelen is much less worried about this war reaching his post than the people that resides under his wing. For they are as scared and hungry as he was in his younger life.

An old and firm voice with quite the rasp to it pierces the air around it like an arrow through a target.

" Elas you... SONavaBITCH! What the hell you doing showing yer face?" A creak from a rocking chair and a click from a previously out of commission buckshot rifle is heard but only Cain seems to sense danger in the situation. Luckily though he is quickly told that its not his.

" Hey there MacReady, I don't have your money put I have a positition.... preposition for you... yeah that's the word."

" And what da hell would that be?"

" Me and my...."A slight pause occurs as Elas looks to Cain for answers. Cain only sighs the steps up and pulls his cloth down so he doesn't have to repeat himself.

" I need to get to Colossasseum and in order to get there I need a cart. Elas said he can get me both. So either I pay off Elas's debt to you and he buy a cart or we can solve this easily.

MacReady leans forward in excitement cause he heard that the debt will finally be paid off as well as a deal to be discussed.

"How about you lend is a cart and when we get back from our journey we will not only return it but i will return with enough money and magical item to pay off his debt tenfold. Sound good?"

"pf..pfttt MaHAHAHAHA...." The Blusterous laughter emanating from MacReady lasts for what seems an painfully long time.

"I like yer jib boy but I really doubt that's possible. At least not fer that trip alone." His voice is only interrupted by his bad attempt as silently giggling to himself. Cain slowly turns to Elas

"Wait how much money do you owe this guy anyways?" Elas only returns with a shrug and a slanted smile on a tilted head.

"Five hundred gold pieces" States a deadpan MacReady

The group pause as this information is taken in. A small pouch of coin of thrown on the porch on the stable shop.

"There's 50 gold in that bag. Im leaving as soon as its ready, so sir Macready if you would get them so."

" No need paying costumer." He starts man-handling the pack to check if its right. "Its always ready at MacReady's. Come on d'you even see the sign?" He points frustratingly at a small clustered sign of phrases, drawings, and prices.

"I'll be going then, Elas come on"

They both go too the Most ready and prepped horse and wagon there, leaving a thinking MacReady to sit on his porch. He yells toward the two boys that there are booklets on the wagon benches that explain anything you'd need.

The wagon leaves with a sly "See ya" coming from Elas hanging out one of the windows while Cain at the helm.

With a decompressing sigh "Darnit, I needs me a bigger sign"
