CHAPTER 12 RUNAWAY TO PARIS & ZOLDYCK'S ENGAGEMENT

Illumi's POV

"Glad you drove them away. They always steal on the food carts and the passerby's, here have another donut!" I handed the box of chocolate coated donuts to him. It was his favorate.

"I-I can't accept this."
He pushed the box away.

I know his mouths already watering at the sight of it so I placed it in his hands.

"You can, I'm Eloise by the way."
I smiled and he nodded.

"I'm Marcov, Marcov Hollen."
He then shook my hand and left.

"Glad to meet you! See you around!"
I yelled and heaved a long sight.

I'm happy that he's alright.

Watching him as he skillfully fight the jackasses highly amused me. He's fighting skills are still beyond amazing... Just as I first train him.

And Kaye...

I wonder if she's doing great.

Chrollo and the rest of the Phantom Troupe are now jailed, and she's safe with Killua's friends.

I took off the cashier's apron and handed it to the real owner who just got back from a pharmacy.

"Thank you, young man. Here have a donut."

The old man gave me a paper bag and I gladly accepted it. A smile was plastered on his face.

"Many bought your donuts Sir, I hope your bussiness will prosper." I bowed and walked back to the SUV.

I sat at the driver's seat and took a piece of donut and ate it.

Yeah, it's good. Really good.

I hope Marcov and Kaye ate it and will think of me. It was the food we always buy from the market or bake when we get hungry for sweets.

I guess I'm on my own again.

I looked at the remaining donuts at the paperbag, I couldn't possibly eat them all alone so I had an idea.

I was dialling a number my phone when it rang.

Hisoka was calling.

"Where are you? I didn't got to sense your Nen for a few hours. Has something happened?"

He asked with a hint of worry.

"Yeah, something happened but I'm alright. I just checked on something I'll be on my way to leave." I spoke and he just huh'd.

I was a smooth liar. The truth is I want to ask him where he is so he could eat a donut as well.

"It wouldn't be bad if I ask you to accompany me drinking tonight would it?"

"No, not really."
I answered and I could hear him let out a small laugh over the phone.

"I'm at a bar somewhere. Okay, it's in a yacht it'll be leaving by three hours."

Of course it'll be leaving in three hours. His lowkey on the run because sooner or later Hunter's and people wanting the reward money would be following him.

"Basically you're running away."
I said out of boredom.

"You'd join me right?"

"Alright. I'll be there. Make sure that you would leave some rum for me or else I'll kick your face off the boat."

"Sure wife. I'll kill the captain if I have to wait for you that long..."

He let out a laugh and I immediately hang up on him.
