Jason's pov

I smiled as hazel and leo did their friendly bickering, they had come along way from when they first met. It had probably been pretty awkward  when leo looked like hazel's dead boyfriend.

I looked over to find sophie quietly talking with Annabeth about whatever smart people talk about. I grew up in the legion and with Lupa not the town so i never got proper schooling..

"So! Wanna go out while their is still time?" I said, i doubted that Sophie understood what i meant when i said 'while their is still time,' but it might be better to explain things outside.

"Oh sure," Sophie replied, leo scowled. "Can i bring my taco's superman?" He looked at me expectantly. I rolled my eyes "Yes you can bring your tacos"

"Superman? What type of nickname is that?" She gave Leo a quizzical look, "well our blonde superman here is always their when ya need him" leo smirked at me daring me to testify. 

"Alright repair boy, lets go" annabeth grabbed the collar of his shirt and starting dragging him off, we all followed knowing you DONT wanna cross annabeth

Sophie's pov

When the reached the soccer court the mood became very grim and i didn't know why, so naturally i just asked "whats wrong?"

"You might wanna sit down for this" piper advised, for what? "Whats going on?"

Percy bit his lip, "so sophie, we have reason to believe that some powerful people are after you, and i don't mean rich or famous i mean actual powers, i know you want answers and unfortunately weren't told answers but the person who sent us does." He said, 

i was speechless.. not only were some people after me but they were sent to get me?? This must be some sort of prank. "Your kidding right? This is probably some sick joke. Why would anyone want me?! Im a weak and powerless nobody." I stormed off, ignoring their pleas for me to come back.
