Y/N, Ruby, and Yu managed to find their way to the main hall of the school. You looked around and saw all the new students waiting for the ceremony. Suddenly a blonde haired girl was calling out to Ruby.
blonde girl: Hey Ruby over here! I save you a spot!
Ruby: Oh I got to go. I'll see you guy later.
Ruby ran toward the blonde girl.
Yu: Okay see you later. Well I guess it just you and me.
Then you hear Jin's voice calling you and you saw him waving in the crowd.
Y/N: Hey I gotta go too. See ya.
Yu: Okay see ya .
The spiky white haired teen walked over to his brother.
Jin: (smiling) Bout time you showed up.
Y/N: What the hell are you talkin about? Your'e the one who ditched me.
Jin: Good point. By the way I see you told my advice and found some new friends.
Y/N: Those guys, I just met them on the way here. I wouldn't exactly call them friends.
Jin: Yeah but eventually you will.
Y/N: Hmph maybe
The sound of a mic turning drew everyone's attention to the headmaster Professor Ozpin who was standing on the stage.
Ozpin: I'll...keep this brief. You have traveled here today in search of knowledge--to hone your craft and acquire new skills. And when you have finished, you plan to dedicate your life to the protection of the people. But I look amongst you, and all I see is wasted energy, in need of purpose – direction. You assume knowledge will free you of this, but your time at this school will prove that knowledge can only carry you so far. It is up to you to take the first step.
Then a blonde woman with glasses named Glynda spoke out to the students.
Glynda: You will gather in the ballroom tonight; tomorrow, your initiation begins. Be ready. You are dismissed.
Y/N: So we're gonna be crashing here tonight huh.
Timeskip
It was night, and everyone settling in the ballroom. Y/N and Jin were setting up their sleeping bags. They were both in their pajamas Y/N wearing a sleeveless t-shirt and red pajama pants and Jin wearing a short sleeve t-shirt and blue pajama pants.
Jin: I can't wait for our initiation mission tomorrow.
Y/N: Yeah after that long trip getting here we're finally gonna kick some Grimm ass.
Jin then saw a boy with spiky blonde and black hair sit on his sleeping and reading a book.

Y/N: (sigh) Hey
Blonde/black haired boy: Hey I'm Hyde Kido.
Jin: Okay Hyde I hope we get see around on during the initiation maybe we could team up.
Hyde: Yeah I'll look forward to it. Um no offense but I'm on a pretty good part in my book and I kinda the peace and quiet so if you don't minded.
