I sigh this was all to much not that I was unhappy I was with the people I cared about the most but I feel like I failed them putting my hand to my head ."Alright listen up we need to get out of here the temperature dropping every one need to stick together do not get separate!"

"Shaggy do you know the way out."Fred ask

"Yes stay close and follow me."

"Do you think you could lead us out?." Velma asked thought chattering teeth

"Of course I know this place like the back of my head but stay close together there's many twists and turns you can easily get lost if you don't know what you're doing."I said Scooby came beside me

Everyone nodded their head as I started leading the way we made small talk as we walk after what seem like an entirety we made it to the exit after we left the vent system Fred order us all to go to our hotel room and warm up." Alright gang let call it quits for now we all need to warm up and rest we will all talk tomorrow but be careful."

"We will see you tomorrow boys"

Fred and me headed to our hotel room I unlocked the door letting Fred take a shower first I sat down on the bed burring my head in my arm thinking about who was behind the bank attack it must be someone who knew about the vents but only a handful of people know about it most of them have mysteriously vanished without a trace."Shaggy Shaggy!"

"Huh what?!"

" I been calling you for five minutes are you okay?"

"Ah sorry was lost in thought."

"It's alright now go take a bath before you freeze to death."

"Hah okay Freddie." I quickly gather some clothes up and headed into the bathroom after my shower Scooby,fred and me were all siting in the living room area of our hotel room

"So any luck on figuring out who's behind this?"

"No, but it must be someone who knows the vent system very well because the knew exactly was all the exits were I don't think they was trying to trap us down there I think he was stalling us."

"Why wouldn't he be stalling us?'

" The vent system was never publicly made aware to anyone who wasn't family but it goes to different places than just the bank if we can pinpoint where exactly he came from and that could be a clue helping us out on this case."

"Different places you mean like around the town?"

"thought never confirmed there was rumors that the vent system was actually an underground mine system use durning the Underground Railroad."

" let's discuss this further tomorrow with the girls for now let's just relax how about a movie?"

"Sure Ill make the popcorn." We stayed up for a couple of hours watching movies talking and laughing r recalling our favorite mysteries from the past eventually we both have to head to our rooms asleep.

"Shaggy wake up the girls are here."

" Coming Freddie!" I got out from bed and headed to the living room Fred and the girl were talking about the event that happened yesterday

"Shaggy tell the girl what you told me yesterday about the vents."

"Right the vents as I said have six exist only four are know, the bank,the dock,downtown and near the cemetery."

"Why one near the cemetery?"

"Velma their always a creepy place that need to be check out that for some reason happened everytime we have a mystery to solve this time it's a cemetery."

"Good point."

" Shaggy what about the docks?"

"Uncle use to have a boat it wad kinda like a shortcut."

"Im guessing downtown was close to your house?"

"Right in front of it to be exact."

"That convenient."

"Very now as for the other two uncle know where they are but I think it had to do with the Underground Railroad and they were safe point for people that why he never said anything so he could protect them from being caught."

"Shaggy?"

"Yes?

"How did your uncle found out about the vents system."

"Easy he was messing around and kinda fell thought a hidden vent cover."

"That must have hurt."

"Pretty sure it did he always thought the bank was strange."

"Strange?"

" Uncle never believe in the Paranormal but you never could explain what happens in the bank at night at first he thought he was just going mad because of lack of sleep but happened each and every night someone calling out to him asking for help yet no one was ever in sight." I lean back in my chair. " it wasn't just him that has heard it before me and many others have it sounds like a child so I assumed it was one of the murdered children."

"For the last time there's no such thing as ghosts there must be a reason explanation."

"My uncle said the same thing but the children bodies were found within these wall as you know the killer was never caught."

" I feel so horrible for the parents losing their children at such a young age."

"They waited years for justice it's sadly never came."

" Shaggy was there any newspapers documenting the case?"

"Yes, Velma if I remember they reopen the case very year to train new detectives and hopefully be able to crack the case but also the public can join wish a lot of town do they want justice for these kids."

" Are their parents still alive?"

"Yes, they lead it every year."

" Are they willing to help us."

"Actually they called me and asked if we could help them so yes they are willing to help us."

"Great can we meet them today?"

"At lunch they want to meet at the cafe."

"Alright so Shaggy anything else thay could help."

"Oh Mrs.Rain,the boys mother, is hard at hearing so you may have to ASL."

"ASL?"

"American Sign Language."

"That should be easy since I took classes in collage."

"I know it as well it so nice to see kids faces light up when they realize you know ASL honestly it should be taught in schools."

"I agree Fred."

"What was the kids name."

"Ren and Sam Ren was the oldest it look like he did everything he could to protect Sam many people believe that they knew the attacker that why they went with them."

"If it wasn't a family member could it have been family friend or a new boyfriend or girlfriend?"

"It could but back doors were kept unlock. The police tried their best but they didn't have the right equipment this was the first murder that happened."

"Did they ever have any suspects?"

"Yes a couple but one name keep popping up but his name was not released to the public so I have no idea who it was."

"Hm well hopefully we'll get some useful information to help both cases."

" I think this case has more bigger then just a bank robbery I think this is turning into a murder case and we're going to solve it."

"Yes."
