I think it is back again
Blood didn't even came yet
But my body is in so much pain
Warning me period is about to get
And then the blood comes oozing out
Damn those cramps hurt so bad
" ahh" my back is crying aloud
Again and again i have to rechange my pad
Just cannot deal with mood swings
Trying to find relief with hot water bag
So many changes menstrual cycle brings
A day of a month wins a flag
Cannot even sleep straight on a bed
Always have to be conscious during a walk
Finally, it's coming to an end
But again next month it will make a knock.
