chapter 7: volleyball team

Third person POV

"Always so cold Itsuki but yes there is something. A grade 1 or special curse has appeared at a nearby school. If I'm right the school is called......."

AOBA JOHSAI.....

"Interesting."

"Isn't that a volleyball powerhouse school? Isn't it ni-chan?"

"Yes it is. Despite being a powerhouse school. They have never appeared at Nationals. If I'm correct, Shiratorizawa is the one always going."

"You know a lot about this school Itsuki, Y/n."

"Volleyball is one of our specialty so we should know at least some high school powerhouse schools."

"I can't argue with you two. Anyway I passed my message I will be going. The curse is expected to have Sukuna's finger so take it and bring it back to the higher ups!"

Todo yelled the last sentence while jumping on roofs. The two brothers watch his silhouette disappear. Once he was gone from their sight, they sighed. They had yet another mission to do. They already had one and another one has come. Was it because they were in Miyagi? Itsuki then perked up. Sukuna's finger is in Miyagi.

"Brother we will have to manage our time wisely from now on. Sukuna fingers is in Miyagi and hordes of curses can arrive at anytime. Am I clear?"

"Hai ni-chan."

Y/n and Itsuki then walked their way to a vending machine for a quick drink. When suddenly, something or someone jumped out from behind a tall column and being the sharp sensed brothers that they are turned around and prepared for combat but the two immediately stopped when they saw who it was.

"Takeda-sensei?"

"Wah! It's Itsuki and y/n. Oh you have to see me like this. How embarrassing."

"Is there anything you need?"

"I just wanted to ask but would you two like to join the volleyball team?"

The two brothers were a little taken a back. Them? Japan's national volleyball players playing for a highschool team? It was honestly ridiculous. If they played on the team then everyone would be irrelevant and they would win without a fight.

"U-uh you do realise that we are national level players, right?"

"Y/n is right. We are professionals and if we played then everyone else wouldn't be able to improve or have fun."

"I understand but you can join as a assistant coach or even a manager."

"I see so we can work on their training menu is that it?"

"Yes."

"What do you think brother?"

"I don't see why not. Karasuno is a fallen powerhouse and I would love to see everyone's faces when they see a fallen powerhouse rise up once more."

"That would be amusing. You know my entertainment standards quite well brother."

"Of course ni-chan."

"What is your answer?"

"We'll join."

"Great! Fill in these forms and pass it to me tomorrow at my office. Is 8:00 good for you?"

"Yeah."

"Our training days will be everyday after school. Try to be there in your gym wear."

"Is that it? Do we need to bring anything?"

"If you need anything then you can bring it yourself. If not then just bring yourself in gym wear. That's it. Do you understand Y/n?"

"Mhm."

The two brothers bowed towards Takeda and then walked away towards the vending machine.

"Ni-chan?"

"Yes?"

"Our Yosen photo shoot is tomorrow right?"

"Yes. It's tomorrow after school. Why?"

"Just asking."

Itsuki looked at Y/n a bit suspiciously but shrugged it off and walked faster. Y/n having slightly shorter legs started jogging but everytime he caught up, Itsuki would speed up.

"Hey! Ni-chan! Wait for me!"

"Keep up slow poke!"

"I have short legs!"

"Not my problem."

Y/n was pissed. Not only was his brother not being considerate but he was teasing him which is something he doesn't like. He started running instead of jogging.

"Hahaha!" Itsuki laughed clearly amused by his brother.

"Now who is the slow poke!"

Itsuki then got a irk mark on his temple.

"You little punk." Itsuki muttered. He then took deep breaths not wanting to lose his cool. He sped up, racing towards his brother.

"I won, ni-chan!" Y/n said reaching the vending machine. He had a large smile plastered onto his face.

Itsuki then let out a light laugh. He then sighed in defeat. He took out his wallet and bought one bottle of water and one bottle of green tea. He handed the bottle of water to y/n and opened the green tea for himself.

"Thanks ni-chan."

"No problem."
