And one time she figured out they could also sing. Enjoy!

Number one

~Peggy's POV~
I love going on missions and all but this time I really had to skip it. I told the team that I was tired and I had lots of homework but that was a complete lie.

See I love to sing but I hate singing in front of people, but I haven't had much time to myself lately to sing. The urge to belt out a bunch of songs is getting harder to resist. Of course the perfect time to sing is when everybody is out on a mission. So I stayed at the tower while they went to go follow some leads.

Making sure nobody was left in the penthouse I quickly dashed to my room to start blasting music. As soon as I got to my room I launched myself towards my phone and quickly unlocked it. I scrolled to one of the songs I've been recently obsessed with and turned the volume up. I can't wait to finally sing my heart out!

~Tony's POV~
I sighed as we arrived back at the tower. "Just another cold lead..." Clint muttered and flopped on the couch. "I'm getting tired of coming up with dead ends." Nat growled, clenching her knife. She'll probably throw it, hopefully not at me.

Suddenly loud music started coming from down the hall, which really startled Rogers, who dropped the sandwich he was making in the floor. I snickered at him and followed the music. Soon I ended up at Peggy's door. Turns out everybody followed me.

I quickly put my finger to my lips, signaling them to be quiet. You could here singing from the other side, and clearly not just from the source of music.

~Nat's POV~
I quickly recognize the song from Hamilton. I smirk, ready to hear my little spider sing.

"My grandfather was a fire and brimstone preacher," she started. "What's she singing?" Sam whisper shouted harshly. Everybody quickly shushed him. "But there are thing that the homilies and hymns won't teach ya."

I had to bite back the urge to sing along with her, honestly how could you not love this song? "My mother was a genius, my father commanded respect." She sounded really good, now I can't help feel this song suits her. "When they died, they left no instructions, just a legacy to protect," she went on. "Death doesn't discriminate, between the sinners and the saints it takes and it takes and it takes, and we keep living anyway."

"We rise and we fall and we break and we make our mistakes! And if there's a reason I'm still alive when everyone who loves me has died, I'm willing to wait for it, I'm willing to wait for it. I am the one thing in life I can control!" We we're just getting to the good part when Friday interrupted.

"I'm sorry to interrupt you Ms. Parker but the Avengers have arrived. We hear a sigh and an 'already?' then "well, thanks Fri I better go ask how it went."
We all quickly make our way back to the common room and look upset about the mission. Wow my baby spider has such and incredible voice.

Number two

~Tony's POV~
I sigh loudly, making my boredom obvious, though nobody seemed to care. I'm stuck with Steve, Clint, Sam, Bucky, and Wanda in *somewhere other than NY lmao I can't think of anything* for some meetings. The others are in a few different places, the only people at the Tower being Bruce and Peggy.

It was Avengers work and Peggy isn't technically and Avenger so she couldn't come and Bruce thought it would be a bad idea if he went. Anyway back to my problem. I'm dying in the hotel room, it's so boring. "Uuuhhggg I'm so booored," I say trying to gain somebody's attention. "Call Peggy or something, or Pepper, just stop bothering us Tony." Bucky said looking at me upside down from his upside down position on the couch. I just roll my eyes. These people are no help.

Suddenly I remember asking Friday to record moments when Peggy sings so we don't miss it. I put on my glasses and smile. "Hey Fri can you pull up the most recent recording of the kid singing, and put it up on a hologram for us darling, thank you." I say, that gets everybody's attention. "Of course boss." I hear her say. Soon a hologram recording of of Peg and her friend Ned come from the glasses, projecting on the floor. "Okay Ned we have to perfect this, I really want to make a cover." Peggy says. "Really!? You're gonna record yourself singing??" He asks excitedly. "I won't show my face but yes," she says smiling widely, "okay okay let's go!" She clicks a button on her phone a music starts.

Ned starts first "At times like these, when life is getting me down, and the world seems like it's gonna end....ship?" Peggy holds back a laugh. "There's at least one power that we both still have, and that's the power of.." "friendship...?"

"Yeah that's exactly what I was gonna say!" "Yeah it's an easy rhyme." Ned starts up again, "I'm your super friend!" Peggy chuckles and Ned's little dance, "your super friend!"

"I'll be there in the nick of time, if your ever in a spot." Ned sings. "And if your not there in time you can just go back in time, and give it another shot!" "I'm actually not supposed to do that anymore.." "oh... okay.." "sing!"

"I'm your super friend!" she sings, copying Ned's dance from earlier. "Super frieeend!" "When you need a compliment, I can rattle off a dozen. For instance, I have to say I'm not impressed, by your more famous cousin!" "Thank you! No one ever says that!"

The duet goes on for a little bit after and the two end up in a laughing fit at the end. The recording ends and everybody claps. Well at least that cured our boredom for a little while.
