Chapter Two
Just because she and her sister were destined to be keepers of the night and day didn't mean they didn't have to go to school. As her father had said "it's your responsibility to get a education"
She was tired school she thought while riding her horse down the lonely rode unlike her sister though she never had any friend. She knew the reason why though people were afraid of her and she was ok with that. She could still remember sitting with her sisters friends last year. It was boring though they never talked to her.
The only reason why she set by them is because she hated being the one setting all alone at a table. She walked alone quietly to her desk alone in the corner. To her surprise a boy about her age walked by and set in the desk beside her his face was stricken with grief like hers. "Hi" he said facing her "I'm John".
