Ebony spent the class daydreaming and paying attention. She was so lost in her daydream that when the bell rang to got to lunch she didn't hear it. John shook her shoulder and told her it was time of lunch. She was so embarrassed she walked away from him quickly. Leaving him alone wondering what he did. She walked quickly to lunch and to her surprise Charlotte had found a new friend and who had taken up the last spot on the table. So she walked and set alone in the corner. She must had been setting alone for about three minutes when John came over an set next to her. " is this spot taken" he said a hint of amusement in his voice." Cause I saw you here sitting alone and thought you needed a friend" he spoke so sincerely she couldn't decide if he was joking. " I'm in no need of your charity" I spoke a little more rudely then she attended to but John seemed to not pick up the rudeness in her voice and set next to her. "So what's your problem are you just one of those gloomy people with nothing to do but sulk?" John asked. I was shocked he hadn't heard of me. " It's kinda my destiny"I muttered. He chuckled " your destiny very funny". " I'm not lying I'm still not sure how you don't know who I am." "Well who are you" he chuckled " Ebony guardian of the night". RING!! It was time to get to class.I left him there with a shocked expression on his face.
