EXTENDED SUMMARY
MARLEE WEBSTER GREW up in a very loving house with her widowed father and her older sister in a house very close to her grandparents. Her mom had died while giving birth to her and their parents didn't want the girls to be alone. Until Marlee's Dad decided to pick up and move his daughters half way across the world to Outer Banks, North Carolina. Paradise on Earth. Marlee instantly made friends with 3/4 of the Pogues. Minus Kie (give her some slack, she was ten!). But Marlee and Kie eventually grew close, and the gang was formed. Marlee, Kiara, JJ, John B, and Pope. The Pogues. When John B's dad goes missing, the gang does everything they can to help him cope. Even if it means risking their summer to search for Big John.
