Tw // very very small mention of a needle

It was what he was used to.

It felt easier to just keep it all inside.

It felt like his life was moving backwards.

"George Davidson what is on your face?" Her voice echoing through the house.

George tried to walk past, but was rudely interrupted.

"You look at me when I speak to you!" She lifted his chin up "I thought I told you to stop getting into fights!" Her voice filled with anger.

George put his hood back up "It wasn't my fault mom"

She rolled her eyes "Go to your room, I'm done with this!"

George ran to his room.

When this happened before Dream was his rock, he was his support and love.

George couldn't put that type of stress on Dream while he was in recovery.

It felt too selfish.

George looks down and saw his phone light up. Sapnap was calling.

"Hey George!" His voice light and happy.

George tried to match his energy "Hi Sap" failing pretty easily.

Sapnap paused for a moment "You okay?"

George cleared his throat "Yeah I'm good!"

Sapnap nodded even though he was talking over the phone "Okay, you still coming over today?"

George looked over at his calendar.

It was Friday.

Sapnap, Karl, Quackity and George had made plans to hangout Friday to buy Dream some Christmas gifts since he'd be in rehab on the 25th.

But they still hadn't seen George since he got beaten up again. George had said he wasn't feeling well, so he stayed home from school.

Dream called him once again, but George just lied and said everything was fine at home. He wanted Dream to get better so badly, and he honestly could see him making improvements. Dream even made some friends.

"Okay this is your room" Mumza smiled and put down his bags "Everyone is in the living room now, so feel free to come out when you're ready!"

Dream smiled and nodded.

One step closer.

Dream opened the door and walked down the hall to the living room.

He saw tons of people.

Some people playing checkers, some watching tv, a few talking to some doctors.

Dream slowly walked over and sat down at a small round table beside the tv. Nobody else was at the table, but everyone watched as he sat down.

They quickly turned away and got back to what they were doing, not really caring about the newbie.

Except for two young boys who looked to be around Dreams age.
