Secret Lovers

Love?

     My mom smiles at me as I make my way over to the table.  She made my favorite breakfast.  Pancakes, eggs and sausage.  "Thanks mom!" I say with delight. 

     "You're welcome honey" she says.  "This is your last homemade breakfast since you are moving into the dorms today". 

     My smile fades a little.  We have to move into the dorms because of the recent uptick in villain activity.  It's safer for us heroes in training to be on campus where the teachers can watch and protect us. 

     "I'm gonna miss you" I say in a small voice.  "I wonder who my roommate is going to be.  I hope it Iida.  He helps me with my homework and I'm sure he won't be a messy slob". 

     "Why not Katsuki?" She asks.  "you've known him longer". 

     Oh hell no!  Living with my crush would be torture.  Especially because he would never return my feelings.  A tiny part of my brain is excited at the thought of being around Kacchan at night.  Stupid masochistic brain.  I can feel my face turning red as my mom cocks her head to the side studying my face.  The wheels are turning in her brain.  2 + 2 is about to come together....
     "Wow!  Will you look at the time!" I squeak. "I need to get to school".  I grab my backpack and start to head out the door, when I feel myself being pulled into an embrace. 

     "I support whomever you love, you know that right?" She says softly.  My heart beats faster and tears spill out.  I turn around and hold her for what seems like an hour.  I''m trying to stop the tears as she wipes them away.  "I love you just as you are son.  Nothing will ever change that" she reassures me. 

     I give her a watery smile.  "Thanks mom.  I love you".  I take a deep breath and turn to leave. 

     "Deku, you damn nerd!" Shouts Kacchan. 
     I hear Kacchan call me over.  I know my face is still red from crying so I look at the ground. 

     "What the fuck is wrong with you?" He barks. 

     "Nothing.  Just saying goodbye to my mom.  Since we are moving into the dorms she got kinda emotional" I say still looking at the ground.
    
     "Tch" is all he says. 

     We walk in silence for a couple blocks and then he surprises me with a question.

     "Why are you avoiding me?" He asks. 

     "I I'm nnnot" I stutter out.  "We see each other all the time". 

     "Bullshit.  Why aren't you looking me in the fucking eyes anymore?".  He grabs my arm and steers me into an alley.  He pushes me up against a wall and traps my arms by my sides.  "Look at me!" He yells. 

     I look into his eyes, but I'm too shocked to say much.  "What?" Is all I can say. 

     "Do you want to fuck me?" He asks. 

     "WWWHHHAAATTT?" I say. My eyes open wide. 

"Last week when we sparred, I know you got a boner when I landed on you.  Sometimes when you look at me you look like your lusting after me.  So....Do you want to fuck me?" He asks starring me in the eyes.  "Tell me the truth Deku!'.

     My mind is racing a mile a minute.  I don't know what to say.  Heat is spreading to my cheeks, and I try looking anywhere but his face. 

     "Deku" he says softly.  "Look at me". 

     I slowly raise my face and look into his crimson eyes.  I see no malice, only interest and ...hope?  I take a deep breath and tell him the truth.  "Yes Kacchan.  I do want to fuck you, and more importantly, I'm in love with you.  I have been for years".  I brace myself for the explosion that I know is about to come.  I close my eyes and I can feel my body trembling.  I'm about to cry.  I'm shocked when I feel his body press up against mine.  I open my eyes and his face is close to mine. 

     "That makes me so happy.  I love you too, you stupid nerd" his voice gruff with emotion. 

     "You do?!  You seriously love me too?" My voice cracks with emotion. 

     "Yes" he says as he brings his lips to mine and kisses me softly.  We break our kiss and just hold each other.  Our foreheads pressed to one another.  "I really love you Deku" Kacchan says softly.  he brushes the hair out of my eyes.   "Smile for me nerd".
