The woods were silent except for the bushes. Something was in the bush. Just then, a young man fell out of the bushes.
He was lanky, with long arms like an ape. Tall, he stood feet over me, towering tall like a stack of thousands of stars. He had dirty blonde hair, with piercing blue eyes that seemed to take over me like a curse that can't be broken. He wore white rags that surrounded him like a cloud, stained with red liquid and wet soil. I stared at him with a suspicious glare. His eyes widened, large like black holes. He took a step back. Then another. Once he stepped again, the boy ́s foot slipped on a rock, causing him to fall. I walked over to him, reaching out a hand. He cautiously took it. As I pulled him up, I could feel his sweaty hand shaking in mine.
"What is your name, human being?" I said as I stared at his scared face.
"My name is Finn. I come in peace. Why are you on our planet?" He said as if he thought I was going to eat him alive. As we eyed each other for a little bit, I told him that I was lost in the woods. He said that he could lead me back to his camp. He warned that his father was a little picky with who he brought into the camp. I agreed to stay a little while and we started walking. When we finally got to the camp, people were gasping at me while we were walking through the crowd. Suddenly, a man arrives. He looks like the leader of the people.
"What are you doing on our planet... miss." He says as he looks at me.
"My family's ship crashed and we landed here. I went out looking for food and I found this boy. I pointed to the young man next to me. The chief nodded and said, "I will let you go, But if we ever find you here again, we are not going to set you free." I nodded quickly and ran out of the village. When I got to the border of town, I forgot which way we had gone to get here. I didn't even get to drink the river water! I was hungry and super thirsty. I picked to go straight and I was hoping that this path was the right way. I got to the stream where I had been before and I couldn't remember what way I had gone so I chose to go right. Right before I went, I took a sip of the water. Pure. Non-salty. As I took the right path nothing looked familiar. The trees were shorter and there were more creatures on this side. I wish I had a spear or bow so I could catch some fish or something to eat. The leaves were like rocks. They kept crunching under my feet. Also it felt like eyes were watching me. Sharp, stinging eyes. I looked over, it was a wolf. Not just one, a whole pack. Filled with shock, I couldn't move. As they crept closer, sweat dripped down my face and hands. But then, "arf arf" a little baby wolf came out of the pack. It ran over to me and I flinched. Instead of biting me it started licking the blood off of my leg. The wolves stopped and looked confused. As I bent down, I felt the grass on my knees. It was higher than the grass was when I was walking to the stream. But I didn't notice because I was busy playing with the little wolf cub. Right there I knew I was safe.
