Sept - Forth & the Beam-stalk

4 : Someone He Likes

Beam was too stupefied seeing Forth suddenly standing in front of him and was actually talking to him while capturing him red-handed. Beam sure looks suspicious lurking around and being caught by the Head Hazer himself is something he wasn't expecting.

At all!!

Well, his initial plan was to just maybe catch a glimpse of Forth, accidentally from far away. Not meeting him face to face like now because one problem with meeting him under that circumstances is Beam can't move or even say a word.

Forth have the power to make him freeze.

Like now.

Beam eyes are blinking in shock as Forth is scowling impatiently by Beam not giving him any response at all.

Then the unexpected occurs again much to Beam panic.

Forth grabs him by his left hand and pulls him to go somewhere. It is not like Beam care about their destination anyway, he is busy shrieking in his mind looking at the intertwined hands. He can't help but smile like an idiot with the sight of his hand actually touches Forth's hand.

The electric shock he got from the simple skinship, he can't describe it.

Euphoric might be the word.

However, the heavenly tingling sensation left so soon much to his displeasure. He grimaced hard seeing the disconnected hands saying goodbye to each other.

Forth on the other hand is still puzzled by Beam's silence. He can't help to think that Beam doesn't fancy him. His bad reputation as the gang leader of the Engineering finds its way to Beam somehow.

Maybe.

Beam reaction indicates that he is in immense tension he becomes too speechless the moment their eyes meets.

Beam, by the way, after gaining his sanity back after a while inspected his surroundings only to discover that he is in Forth's room.

Sitting on his sofa.

Breathing the same air as Forth.

His eye blinks in daydreaming.

"Beam... hey. Are you alright? What are you doing here?" Forth asked again? He is kneeling in front of him with...

Is that a concern looks?

"Huh? I... Ming." Beam stuttered. Forth is too close in distance making him nervous.

"You went to visit Ming? Is Phana with you?" Forth asked again still kneeling in front of Beam. He puts his back palm to Beam's forehead because he looks red.

The electric current was felt again by Beam.

"Are you having a fever?" Forth keeps asking but none of it was answered properly by Beam who is too shocked. He's too close in his opinion, he might faint anytime.

"You're too close." Beam was surprised to hear the words coming out of his mouth. Forth immediately steps back when he heard it while Beam is mind slapping his mouth at the gaffe.

"Sorry." Forth can't help but think that Beam hates him. His eyes look scared and he is not talking to him.

"I need to go." Beam on the other hand feels the need to flee as soon as possible because he can't handle Forth being too close at the moment. He will surely go hyperventilating anytime now.

"Wait. Relax. I'm not going to hurt you. Just wanted to check on what brings you to Engineering Dorm." Forth assure Beam he is in a safe place.

"Ming got hurt and...I need to go right now. Sorry." Beam is on the edge of getting a panic attack now.
