Savitar shot a bolt of lighting where toga and Shigaraki were. It pushed them away.

Her front hand came off revealing her face. Savitar then activated his blade as intimidation display. Shigaraki tried to turn him into dust but he put cuffs on her. Toga tried to pierced his armor but it broke her knife.
