I put on a yellow Nike sports bra and my black nike pros I grab my cheer shoes and off we go. we start warmup and it's so horrible, after Eddie gives us an tumbling pass round off double hand whip full. Jaime landed in her knee funny and she fell to the ground she was screaming orby called the ambulance, that was a first practice I will never forget. "yall get up she'll be alright comon get in stunt groups!" We're trying to make up our pyramid gabi is point flyer then madi and jenne are on the side, me and Lexi are beside them! We all do a heel stretch up to extension and kick full down we reload to a prep and do front cradle inversions into a super man! Then me and Lexi do partner stunts on the side with Robert michealeddie carlos and jake we go up into a one man bow and arrow then walk over in a lib and connect at Center mat, our pyramid is flawless!
