Disowned (Klance)

Chapter one: Before the return.

KEITH!!!!!! Lance screamed.
This was it just one week before the return to earth, Coran had received a distress signal in the castle of lions from a near by planet — little did voltron know that it was a trap set up by Prince Lotor. The team only realised this when they got to the destress signals source. They were trapped. In the minst of the battle, one of Lotors generals had managed to inject Lance with an expemental galrean drug — the drug that Lotor had stolen from his father when he left. When Lance was injected with aforementioned drug he couldn't tell if he was unconscious, conscious or drifting between the two. He couldn't see — couldn't even move. All he was able to do was hear — and what he heard made his heart skip a beat. What he heard was the angry screams of Lotor, the sound of someone running and then the broken screams coming from his boyfriend of 2 years. When the effects of the drug wore off and Lance came to — he saw Keith, HIS Keith lying in a pool of his own blood. He was trembling at the thought of loosing his first and hopefully only love. Lance ran over to his samurai falling to the ground and collected the man in to his arms. Lance became even more worried when he saw how bad Keith's injuries were. At that moment he felt a sudden feeling of relief at the rising and falling of Keith chest — an indication he was still alive "A-Alura? Please ready a pod for Keith" He sounded shaky and like he had — or rather — was crying and this worried Alura as she readied the pod for Keith.
