Tommy wanted go go home he wanted to see Wilbur and quackity and everyone else, but right now he was stuck in between Phil and techno who were cuddling him, man did tommy not like it "should I brake there neck and run or should I stab em?" Tommy thought clearly annoyed with them, Phil catching on how tommy was plotting murder spoke up "oh come on tommy it's not that bad plus no one here is going to save you..your ours tommy no one can take you away from us remember you belong to us no one else" Phil said in a dark tone like he was about to murder people, techno them got up walking away to the kitchen "I'll be back Phil just need to get some food cause I'm on one heart" techno said walking away and in to the kitchen.

But what they didn't know was that a duck hybrid was watching and pointing gun to technos head.

"Phil let me go I need to go to the bathroom" tommy said just so he can get away from the cuddles and pets he was getting from Phil, "fine but you come right back got that" Phil said a bit of darkness in his tone that made tommy shake his head and run to the bathroom, just then Phil heard a gunshot and ran over to where techno was at to make sure he was okay, but what Phil saw horrified him, he saw techno was shot in the head and poofed up into smoke, Phil knew it would take some time for him to respown so Phil ran up the stairs to see tommy coming out of the bathroom, he then picked up the boy but was knocked back by a foot pushing him to the ground, techno then responed and grabbed his pickaxe and made his way back to the house only to see it on fire and Phil running out without tommy, "where is he where's tommy!!!" Techno asked, "it's quackity and sapnap there here for tommy" Phil said coughing.

"QUACKITY SAPNAP!!!!" Tommy said looking at them, "tommy we need to go now!! We can't stay here!" Sapnap said looking at tommy and extending his hand for tommy to take which tommy took happily, they started running out of the house and was stopped by techno and Phil, "Do you really think quackity that you could kill me did you really think you could run off with my brother" techno said, quackity looked at him like he was stupid and said "but I did kill you dumbass" quackity said grabbing his sword, "i-.......touche" techno said pulling out his axe and pointing it at quackity, sapnap grabbed tommy and started running but was stopped by Phil, sapnap pushed tommy out of the way and got his sword out and started fighting, "TOMMY RUN BACK TO L'MANBURG!!!" Quackity yelled out to tommy as he blocked a move from techno and sliced technos arm.

Tommy started running and running and running to where his legs hurt so bad but he couldnt stop he needed to get away from them just as he almost made it to l'manburg he saw Wilbur standing there, tommy ran to Wilbur as he saw Wilbur run to him they huged each other like they where just about to lose each other again, "oh my god toms your back oh my baby!" Wilbur said tears in his eyes as he hugged tommy even tighter.

Sapnap started swinging at Phil with even more force as he managed to Land hits on Phil, phil kept dogging and stabbed sapnap in the arm as sapnap dropped his weapon as sapnap looked up he saw Phil swinging to kill him he embraced death when all of a sudden he didn't feel anything, he looked up to see tommy blocking phil swing with sapnaps sword, "tommy?" Sapnap said as tommy stabbed Phil in stomach, Phil fell to the ground holding his wound "tommy how-how could you" Phil said coughing up blood, tommy looked at Phil with tears in his eyes, tommy grabbed phil's hand and kept repeating sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry, Phil looked at tommy putting his hand up and putting it on tommys cheek "it's okay tommy I'm sorry I kept forcing you to stay with us...I'm sorry my dear son....I'm sorry I wasn't able to keep you happy...I'm sorry" Phil said as his hand fell from tommys cheek as Phil took his last breath and closed his eyes, tommy screamed he picked up phil's hand bringing it up to his cheek "Phil Phil please don't leave me..Phil Phil Phil please I'm sorry..im sorry please come back to me please!!!" Tommy said crying, tommy looked at phil's body in front of him as he saw a tear in phil's eye as it ran down his face, tommy got up picking up phil's body and running to the garden Phil made for tommy, tommy put phil's body down as he started digging, "im sorry phil I'm sorry I killed you I didn't mean to I just wanted to protect sapnap...I'm sorry father..." tommy thought as he finished digging setting phils body in the hole and covering his body and placed a yellow flower on his grave, tommy stood up knowing this battle wasn't over he still had to deal with techno, but he didn't want to kill techno, so instead he'll just put techno in prison.

Quackity got a big scar on his eye to the point he can't see out of it, "YOU HAVE DONE SO MUCH DAMAGE TO WILBUR TO TOMMY TO ME TOMMY DOSENT NEED YOU HE DOESN'T NEED TO BE LOCKED UP IN A HOUSE!!!!" Quackity yelled at techno as he swong again getting techno in the face a huge slash was across technos face, all of a sudden techno fell to the ground, tommy had tazed him, "tommy!!" Quackity shouted as he ran up to the blonde hugging him, "hey quackity" tommy said a bit of sadness in his voice, "tommy where's Phil did you already handle him?" Quackity said, tommy looked at quackity tears in his eyes as he looked away,  sapnap came up to tommy hugging him and putting tommys face into his chest and a hand on the back of tommys head, quackity chought on and patted tommys back "I'm sorry tommy...." quackity said, quackity then grabbed techno and put him in handcuffs and walked him over to the prison where Sam was at leaving sapnap and tommy to walk back to l'manburg.

Phil looked over tommy, a tear ran down his face as he saw tommy cry into Wilbur's chest, " I love you tommy I'm sorry I wasn't a good father..I will leave Wilbur to take care of you I love you son I'm always here if you need me...." Phil said as he went back to the afterlife.
