I was hanging out with my boyfriend Seth, we had only been dating for a month. I had to leave for college in a couple weeks. And I am moving to a different state so we have to be in a long distance relationship.
Seth: You better not leave me for college.
Cora: I have to go to college if I want to be a nurse.
Seth: We only have been dating for a month and you are leaving me to go to college.
Cora: I just graduated high school, so what do you expect an 18 year old is supposed to do? Most of them go to college.
Seth: You are fucking not going to college.
Cora: Not my fault that you haven't gone to college. Asshole.
Seth grabs Cora's throat.
Seth: You don't talk to me like that.
Seth: I am going to go with you when you go to college. Got it.
I shake my head yes. Seth releases his grip.
I was scared of Seth because of how mad he would get. Seth is 9 years older than me, which will make him 27. My best friend would tell me to dump him but I'm afraid to do that because of what he might do. I have been living with Seth ever since we got together. My parents hate me for moving in with someone I hardly knew. I don't really get along well with my parents. My dad is an alcoholic and my mom is at work all the time so I basically don't know my mom.
