"Savage if we ain't there by 8 mama not gone be happy"
"I'm almost.....done." Looking myself over in the mirror. Satisfied with the way my dress fit I smiled at reflection.
"Baby." I didn't notice D leaning against the wall. "You look pretty."
"Thank you." Giving him a small smile, putting all the stuff that was out away I didn't want to leave a mess to come back and clean up to.
"Ready?" He asked.
"Yes." We double checked making sure we had everything and made sure we closed and locked the front door. The drive to his parents house wasn't long, the entire drive there was quiet. It wasn't awkward or anything just a peaceful silence between us. When we arrived D got out the car coming on my side opening my door for me.
"Mama!" D yelled out as we entered the house.
"Babe." Giving him an annoyed look.
"Boy what have i've told you about yelling in my house." Mama scolded him giving him a small smack on the back of his head. Flinching a little he rubbed the spot she hit. Giving me a small glare because I laughed a little at him getting in trouble.
"Aht aht watch that mug, oh my you look beautiful!" Mama gave me a big hug.
"Me? Look at you! Kids where?" I complimented her. Mama didn't look like she had kids and was close to hitting 50. Her body shape was always in tact, and her skin flawless. The true definition of black don't crack.
"Well if isn't the least favorite." We all looked at Dante as he and his long term girlfriend walked in. Dante is two years older than D, it was originally supposed to be Dante taking over for OG but he clearly had other plans.
"Hi mama, hi Savage!" Dante girlfriend Egypt greeted us. We both gave her hugs.
"Egypt are you glowing?!" Egypt is 5,7, chocolate skin that could make anyone melt, with a personality of a sweetheart.

"Yes ma'am." Egypt and I spoke in unison.
"Wassup megamind, how you been?" Dante joked giving me a side hug.
"Dante don't start with me you unknown species." Dante always had something to say how my head whenever we seen each other. I knew it was brotherly love so I ain't take none of it personally.
"It's just so big." He laughed.
"Babe stop." Egypt tapped him on shoulder.
"Lay off my girl man, we know it's a lot to talk about." They both burst out in laughter. I swear it be yo own man.
