Jason was really happy. His best friend was finally free. He were thinking about a party to celebrate this amazing fact when the door had been knocked on.

Who could it be? Jason was single and intended to keep it like this, and shared a house with Reyna and Piper. Both wouldn't come this night, that in a government reunion, and this busy with bank stuff. He worked in the school of the city, as a physics teacher. Jason loved what he did, but, hey! This isn't the focus of this situation. He moved away the various thoughts and went on the way of the door.

— Hello? — Asked before touching on its handle.

— Good Night, Grace. — He recognized the voice. A shiver ran through him. He meant, they were friends after all, but with Nico's situation both had been kinda' apart. But William was a nice guy.

— Good Night, Solace. — Jason opened the door. — How are you? It's been a long since we last saw each other.

— I'm ok, thank you for asking... Actually, a bit curious and impatient. — He answered, quite misterious.

— What happened? — Jason shaked his hands in the way of the house's inside. — Come, enter, I'll get you a coffee.

Will thanked him and accepted the offer. Entered the house, which he found really pretty. But it wasn't the main goal of that night. He wanted information.

— So, tell me what's bothering you. — The Grace asked.

— So, I've been a bit confused about, — He prayed. — Don't bother yourself, it's just a genuine doubt. So, I've been a bit confused about Di Angelo's judgement.

Jason's face scrunchered up, and his eyebrowns made him look serious.

— I mean, I trust in Annabeth, she has already been considered the best judge of our province, if not from our country. But, — He started. — I don't know what could have happened for her to risk everything on acquitting a murderer— William corrected himself. — Nico Di Angelo without giving anyone a reason. — Sighed.

— Solace, you're with good luck, because I could simply tell you to go back for your house. — Jason breathed deeply. — But I'm not going to do it. And it isn't because you're the sheriff and has a gun. Annabeth gave, obviously, a reason for the government, especially for Emily, the minister of justice. However, you won't get any answer of her. You know how she is.

— Yes, I do. — Will got tired and impatient. — And I assume you'll act like she would.

— You're both right and wrong. — He replied. — Nico hates you. He hates how you have never asked anything about the, — Jason coughed. — Murderer for him, but I can talk to him and mark you guys a day to talk. Without killing each other. — He added.

— Jason...

— No "Jason", William Solace. If you want answers, the only one in this whole country to give you any of them is going to be him. And if you don't want to talk to him, then you will never understand it. — He looked at Will seriouly. — Nor Reyna, nor Piper, nor I and nor Annabeth are going to give you any explanation. It's on your hands.

— Alright, Grace. — He had gotten even more uncomfortable than Jason were. But as the good detective he was, couldn't refuse it. — Tell me later when and where it's going to be.

— If Nico wants it. — He remembered.

— If Di Angelo wants it. — He replied, bitterly, and directed himself to the door. It seemed wrong. But sometimes the wrong thing is the right path to go for.
