Athena arrived at the café, "what was it you wanted to show us" Kate asked, "so ever since I've had the bag in my house, I've been having weird dreams about this woman and her twin sister now I'm not sure yet but I think that she was a witch" Athena explained, "what do you mean, like the witch trials"? Kate asked "yes exactly, and I know that the trials where in the 1600's look at the number 170906" Athena pointed at the numbers on the paper, "I don't get it" Tina supposed "not until u decipher it 1 7 0 9 0 6 take the first and the last number" Athena said "16" "and the other letters they make dates, 1670- 1690" Kate added, "search it up" Tina proposed.

 The girls typed in their computer 1670-1690 Salem witch trials twins and a painting of 2 young women came up "those are the girls" Athena said. The door of the café opened, and Kates's face changed, Tina and Athena looked over and saw that it was Terrence. "got a little crush do we" tina said, "why don't you just ask him out", "because Athena that's not how it works" Kate stated "last time I checked it is" Tina presumed, "shhh shhh he's coming over" Kate mentioned while she quickly fixing her hair, "it's not that big of a deal" Tina noted. "hey guys" Terrence announced, "oh hi Terrence" Athena said with a smirk on her face looking at Kate, "this is my good, attractive friend Kate", she added. Kate sat it silence and froze up "she's shy" Tina mocked.

The next day at school Athena showed the girls the poem, then they read it out loud Athena expected the same thing that happened to her to happen to them, but it didn't, and it left Athena questioning why it happened to her. "Why didn't it happen to you guys?" Athena asked "what do you mean" tina answered, Athena explained everything, and it left Kate and Tina confused and shocked.

 Athena came home to an empty house no one was there but the silence and emptiness that being alone can bring "hello?" she said with confusion in her voice "no one is here here Athena no one but us" one of the twins said, "it will be like that until you open your eyes," said the other twin.

 "but we have something to tell you" "what is it" Athena questioned "you are different from all of your friends" "and you will always be but there is a reason for this" "you are one of us" "you have the gift" They both added, Athena was stunned she had no idea what to think but they kept speaking "your classmates made a terrible mistake not casting a circle when they summoned us" "now they are dead" they continued. "cast? Summoned? What does this all mean?" Athena puzzled "it means you a special type of person" the twins answered you gain your power from the energy of the earth" "and soon you will give that power to us" the twins disappeared with an agonizing shriek and that's when she began hearing voices, voices telling her that something very bad is about to happen. Athena raced to her book, she searched and searched for any key words to what she may be then she found it the answers. She was a witch.

This didn't mean she was evil it just meant she was a guardian and a protector, danger gives her power, she can choose one of 2 paths, cause destruction and stay powerful forever or rise to the occasion when bad things happen she didn't believe it, she couldn't and so she opened her eyes waking up on the floor of her bedroom her parents asking if shes ok she nodded and said she was fine but she was confused and anxious she had no idea why this kept happening if she was crazy or if what the twins said was true.
