Explain The Unexplainable

 She takes a deep breath in and listened to the twins. Everything went silentuntil eventually she reopened her ey es, them glowing white. She walked backout from the corner of her room. She was focused, and her hands sweating. Thetwins start to charge towards her but before they could reach Athena a glowinglight bursts from her chest, two beams of light emerge from her and grab thetwins sucking them in. Athena drops to the floor, her unconscious body layingcold on the ground. Kate ran over to her "psst, you alive?" she whispers. Tinacrawls over and slaps her across the face.

Athena gasps her eyes open, and she suddenly sits up holding her face, "ouch, what happened" she asked. The girls walked back to the café and processed everything that just happened. They felt a mixture of anxiety and adrenaline. They sat in the cruel silence until Kate whispers "what on earth just happened", tina takes a deep breath in and replies "well, I say that we just got ATTAKED BY SOME CRAZY GHOST WITCHES" everyone in the café went silent "uh, don't wary everyone we are practicing for a play" Athena corrects, the girls agreed to never tell anyone anything that happened that night and left the caffe. 

Athena, Kate, and Tina all sat on Kates bed puzzled on what she should wear. they all decided on a silky green dress with a black bag and beautiful gold jewelry. She slipped on her black shoes and took a deep breath in, mentally preparing herself. 

"Good luck" Tina says to Kate before she leaves "with that dress I think she has all the luck in the world" Athena adds "thanks guys, I got to go he's here. 

the girls say bye to Kate before she leaves gets in Terrence's car, she sits in the front next to him and looks out the window, "so, how have you been" he begins "good I guess, how about you" she replies, the conversation starts as it always has she's awkward and he is to but like every other time it roles into laughs and smiles. They arrive at the restaurant and take a seat at the fancy table with red fabric covering it with burning white candles and a bouquet of glowing red roses. 

 They order their food and talk about a variety of things like sports, jokes, and many more things they have in common. After dinner they walk around the small town, laughing and looking at each other. He grabs her hands and takes her to the park he sets down a sheet and lays down looking up at the stars she sits next to him and looks up. The stars twinkle and shine, but his gaze soon turns to her watching her smile made him smile and soon he could not help it. He turns her face and leans in closing his eyes, she closes hers and their lips touch. Her stomach fills with butterflies. When the date is over, she can't help but uncontrollably smile she lays on her bed and closes her eyes falling asleep.

The girls go back to school, Kate bragging about her date and how amazing it was. Athena and tina wishing she would shut up. Everything was finally back to normal... or was it?
