Falling For The Suspect - Chapter 2 - we need to talk.

Hanna -

Everything was blurry after A hit me. I saw Holbrook come in and point his gun at my captor and heard the girls screaming and crying. Then... It went dark.

Holbrook POV

I kicked the door in and almost fell to my knees. There was Hanna Marin, barely conscious, body drooping and held by a person in all black with a black mask. The masked figure had hit Hanna in the head with a trophy of some kind and was surprised to see me. The rest of the girls were crying and screaming at the sight before them and I thought I was gonna join them. When I saw Hanna go limp I knew. I had feelings for this girl, there was no doubt about it. I couldn't deny it anymore. Emily was screaming for Hanna to wake up
"Freeze! Put your hands where I can see them!" I yelled. the figure was looking dead at me and then did the unexpected, pulled out a gun. I was scared for Hanna, this personcould shoot her and run. But that's not what happened. The person shot at me, missing and used it as a distraction, and made a run for it, letting go of Hanna. I jumped to catch Hanna. I know what you're probably thinking: why wasn't he going after the person!?Hanna is fine! But when I saw Hanna dropping to the floor... I forgot logic, forgot everything, and ran to her. I needed to make sure Hanna was okay.
I put Hanna in the back seat of my car and told the girls to follow me to the hospital. I raced like a mad man. All I could think about was if she was okay and my realization of feelings for her. What if I lost my job? I could get thrown off the case! Oh god. I have decisions to make.
"Family of Hanna Marin?" A man in a white coat asked.
Me and the girls shot up out of our seats at the mention of Hanna. "Yes?" I said hesitantly. "She has a slight concussion, but is fully conscious so you may visit her if you like." We all let out a sigh of relief at the news. "We will be keeping her overnight to keep an eye on her condition." He smiled at us. "Thank you so much." Aria said, stepping forward. He did a slight nod and walked away and Aria rushed to Hanna's room followed by the rest of the girls and me.
We poked our head into the door and she asked to speak with the girls for a minute and I nodded in acknowledgment before leaving the room.

Hanna POV

As soon as Holbrook left the room, the girls turned to me with a questioning look. "What is it Hanna?" Emily asked.
"I wanna tell Holbrook about A.." I said, looking down at my hospital bracelet.
"What? Why?" Aria said taking a step forward.
"How are we gonna explain what happened? He deserves the truth. I think we can trust him."
"That's because you have a thing for him." Spencer said, shaking her head and scoffing.
"No. I think Hanna is right; we should tell him. He can help us." Emily spoke up.
" I don't know, guys. I mean, do we really wanna risk it?" Aria asked, looking around the girls.
"Do we really have a choice? A is becoming more confident. I think we should take the chance with telling Holbrook." I argued.
"A will retaliate!" Spencer stared shocked at us.
"A already has, many times." Emily stated.
"I think they are right spenc, it may be our last chance." Aria looked at Spencer.
"Fine. Go get him." She sighed, defeated.
"Alright." Aria said as she left and came back with him. He looked tired with bags under his eyes and his hair messed up, probably from running his hand through his hair.
"We need to tell you about something." I said " and you may want to sit down for this."
