Izuku's pov (omega)

I'm feeling a bit sick. My pre-heat cramps are really coming on. My heat starts in a few days. I haven't talked to Kachaan and Sho yet... I think they already know from my scent. I've been mates with them both for just over a year, last year when I went through heat they were very protective and supportive. We were still a bit unprepared. "Bunnyyyy" Sho called. I came over into his room. There are 3 bedrooms but most days we all share Kacchan's bed unless someone is sick. I open the door "yes?" I say. "Bunny come sit..." he says I come over and sit on the bed. I now my head and he lightly kisses it. "Hey are you okay? I mean it's coming up to heat season and you seem a little off?" He asks. "I- um..." I stutter out "I wasn't sure if you noticed... Are there some pills? I've been getting cramps and-" I get cut off by him kissing me. "Of course bunny." He says "Know you can always ask me about anything! K!" "Thank you" I murmur. He walks to the bathroom and I follow him. He takes out a small, orange pill container and passes me a powdery white pill. "Make sure to swallow" he says. I make a glass of water from the tap and swallow. They taste awful. Sho crouches down a little and kisses me slipping his tongue in. "Just to make sure" he says. Kachan walks in the room. "Hey! What's up with you two?" He asks. "Bunny's starting heat in a few days and he's feeling a bit sick" I look away embarrassed by my beta. "Hey it's alright" kacchan says. And he kisses my forehead. "I just got my paycheque the other day, so do you want to go pick out some blankets and pillows for your nest?" He asks. I just nod. Then whoop and he picks me up bridal style. My face still feels hot so I bury my head in his neck. He laughs a bit. "There's my cute little omega!" Kacchan says, making me blush even more. We walk out to the car and I sit in the backseats with Shochan. I don't know how to drive yet and Kacchan usually drives. When we get to the mall, Shochan helps me out the car. We walk through the parking lot into the main mall. I see a cute little shop with plushies and blankets that doesn't seem too expensive, so I ask Kacchan if we can look in there first. "Sure Deku" he says.
