Short chapter today, probably bad as well

"Give." I stared at Owen who took the TV remote from my hand and changed the channel.
"Nope. You're always watching TV. It's my turn." He grinned.
"But Owen-"
"There's a TV in your room. Just go upstairs."
I sighed and stood up, making my way to the stairs. "This isn't fair!" I yelled as I walked up the stairs.
"Yes it is!" He yelled in return.
I reached my room and opened my door then walked over to my bed, plopping down on it.
I lied there for a while, my face pressed against my pillow. I heard my door creek open slowly. I knew it was Bowden since he's the only one who opens my door like that without knocking. He lied down beside me.
"Hello." He smiled softly. His voice was soft and quiet.
"Hey." I rolled to my side and pulled him closer to me and placed a kiss on his forehead.
"Do you know where Henry went?" He frowned. "He said he needed to be somewhere but didn't say anything about it."
"No, I'm sorry. I'm sure he's fine. Don't worry about it."
He nodded before burying his face against my chest and hugging me.

I opened my eyes from a long nap, seeing Henry sitting on the sofa close to the hospital bed I was resting in. My eyes immediately narrowed. I sat up, wincing in pain from the wound on my waist. The one Henry created.
Chris came by and told me most of what happened about two weeks ago. I had him watching cameras I set up that day. My sons weren't home so I was able to place some around the house so Chris could watch me. Which led to him seeing Henry be the one to shoot me. He also saw Bowden run out the door to Henry. I was stupid not to give us each a little microphone or something so we could hear each other. He could've told me Bowden was there instead of me listening to my sons being the lying brats they are. What I'm confused about though is that I checked the house. I went through every room and didn't see him anywhere. And I know for a fact he didn't come home with Owen and Ashton.
"You're awake." Henry stated with a deadpan expression, clearly unamused.
"And you're a traitor."
"Please. I'm the traitor?" He chuckled darkly, shaking his head. "Who killed the family of their son's boyfriend? Who almost killed their son? Who killed their wife because she walked out on them, and didn't tell their children anything about it?"
"I'm doing what I find best for me! If that means sacrificing others, so be it. And my wife had no right leaving me. I wasn't going to see her again anyways. She never even cared for me." I stopped before realizing something he had said. "What the hell do you mean by boyfriend."
He smirked. "There's only one meaning to the word."
"Just wait until I find them-"
He glared at me. "Good luck with that. I have them hidden." He walked to the door then stopped when I spoke up.
"I could easily find their friends! And if they're scared enough, they'll give me your location."
"You don't know who their friends are. How the hell would you-"
"Tristan, Bryce, River, and Madison. And don't forget, I'm good at searching for people, Henry. I found every person that's on my list for the past five years within a week or two."
"No. I did. And I hated searching for people just to have you kill them without reason!" He paused. "Well. Good luck, Andrew Barings. I've learned a lot while working for you, and I'll be ready when you find them." He exited, slamming the door behind him.
It's going to be fun when I kill him.
