Leon walks out of the white house in his blue suit to see Athena standing there. "surprised you stayed" Leon says walking up to her. "yeah well I have time on my hands now" Athena smiles. "you really did leave wesker then" Leon keeps a straight face. "yeah" Athena nods. "so what do you need" Leon asks. "your time" Athena replies. "so you want to grab dinner" Leon asks smiling a bit. "yeah" Athena nods
Time skip
Athena and Leon are at restaurant talking wining dining. "can't believe you jumped out of helicopter Athena" Leon sips wine. "if I went with wesker I wouln't have that chance" Athena replies. "you don't know anything about him" Leon asks. Athena shakes her head "he thinks I'm dead I tend to keep it that way" Athena drinks her wine. "look Leon I'm really sorry for leaving all those times I knew you were hurting but I didn't want to face you and put you in danger" Athena rambles. Leon hands her hand "Your here now thats all I care about now" Leon smiles at her. Athena blushes. "why don't we get out of here my place" Leon smirks. Athena smiles even more.
Time skip
Leon and me we um we slept together yeah maybe it was the wine maybe it was the tension maybe we were waiting for a good time I don't know we just went to his apartment and slept together. This is big we always kissed and begged each other to either stay away or be together but sleeping together wow.
Leon and Athena are asleep on his bed cuddling each other under the covers naked. Athena wakes up opening her eyes slightly. Athena sees she's wrapped around him. Athena sighs.
Its not like I can stay in the end he'll always get hurt. If I stay People are going to hunt him. If I leave Leon hates me.
Athena gets up slowly writing a note to Leon. Leon notices quick that he's holding nothing and sits up "leaving already" Leon asks. Athena jumps "leon" she gulps. "not surprised just go" Leon lays back down. Athena looks down then goes back to laying down next to him "I don't want to put you in danger if I stay people are going to hunt you down and stuff you sure about that" Athena wraps her arm around him. "Athena I just care that your here I can handle danger" Leon faces her. Athena nods smiling "Okay I'll stay". "no more mercenary" leon asks. "yeah" Athena leans in and kisses him softly
Time Skip - Couple weeks later
I've been with Leon for a few weeks I want to stay for a few months when he goes on his new mission then I go back to new york and when he comes back I come back. Between Leon and me its been good spends most of his time with me. Its just that lately I haven't been feeling well. Leon gets worried since I"m not supposed to be sick. Mostly it consists of me waking up in the middle of the night to throw up and in the morning. Me having stomach aches heaches. I haven't been feeling well at all. I might have answer to it and its my worst fear.
Athena is alone in Leon's bathroom sitting behind the door looking down. Athena looks at her phone then stands up goes to the counter and picks up a pregnancy test. "two lines means pregnant".
Pregnant How could I be pregnant well I know how oh no we never used protection I'm such an idiot. How could I let this happen? Leon doesn't want kids I just know he doesn't neither do I why did this have to happen.
Time Skip - Leon's POV
"Athena" leon yells walking in through the apartment. "Athena I got wine" Leon holds up before seeing the note. Leon picks up the letter thinking what he already knows.
She left again
Dear Leon,
I'm sorry I just have to go its not working out. I do love you its just that I can't be with you please understand that. I love you

She just left me again how many more times is she doing this
Leon grabs the wine bottle and throws it at a wall then goes in the cabinet and grabs a bottle of tequila and starts to chug it down,
Time skip Athena's POV 9 months later
"one more push" the doctor yells as Athena pushes as hard as she can revealing a cry. Athena sighs in relief. "its a girl" the doctor attempts to hand her baby. "No get it away" Athena screams covering her eyes. "maybe later" the doctor hands her baby to a nurse.
I wanted to give her up for adoption if I keep her she'll be in danger I rather have a closed adoption to keep her safe away from me. I understand it was wrong to not tell leon but I don't want her besides Leon wouldn't care either.
Time skip
The nurses wheel in her daughter and walks out. Athena looks away to not look at her. The baby girl starts crying while Athena attempts to ignore her. Athena sighs and takes her baby bouncing her "can you please stop" Athena asks as her baby stops crying. Athena sighs in relief holding her daughter. Her daughter is cooing at her. Athena sighs "oh god".
Time Skip - 2009
"mama" The little girls runs to her from the playground. "yeah Davina" Athena smiles. "how come my friend have dada and I don't" She asks. "daddy's working thats all" Athena explains. "okay" Davina runs back to the playground. Athena leans back on the bench.
Okay I couldn't do it I love her so much the moment I held her I wanted to keep her so I kept her.
Athena is watching her daughter. "Athena" A male voice says sitting next to her. Athena gulps "no" She says to herself. "long time no see" The man says wearing an military uniform. "chris redfield" Athena scoffs. "chris I'm here with my daughter I don't" Athena gulps. "I need your help" Chris says. "with what" Athena asks. chris sighs "wesker".
Next book is resident evil 5 it will not include Leon but Leon will be mentioned hope you enjoyed
