Serkan had a calm semblance, despite his words coming out tough. He was still trying to understand if that was an unfunny joke, because Sir Hakan would never accept that. Maybe the girl fooled him.

"Ne?", she gasped, baffled. Ferit could sense a clash was coming down. "I don't want you in my op, I can't work with people I don't trust, especially people against the law", he says, calm and polite. "Are you kidding me?", she laughs sarcastically. "Please don't take offense", he tries. "But you said it yourself, you work with the bad guys", he says. She controls her inner self wanting to yell and slap him, and walks towards him. "I work with them because they pay my bills", she is so close they could feel each other's breath. "But I don't expect you to understand such concept. Ignorance is a bliss for people like you, beyefendi", her semblance is tough as steel, and she raised her face to him. She would not look unaffected by his elitist and ignorant words. It's not the first time she hears this type of stuff and won't be the last. The important thing is that she knows herself and she's never lost who she truly is or her principles while living this life. She steps back and turns to leave, when Ferit's voice is heard. "Wait, please wait, Eda hanim", Ferit walks to her, not before giving an angry look to Serkan. "I'm sure my partner never meant to offend you", he says. "But please understand your side," he pauses, hoping to not say something wrong. "You come to us and say that, with those exact words, and as you said yourself, we don't know you", he continues. "But someone does," he quickly says. "Sir Hakan can ease this tension in a minute", he smiles, that soft warm smile only Ferit could give. Serkan admired his pureness despite all he's faced and seen in life. It's not innocence, it's just a purity of his choice, that he wanted to keep to remind himself life could still go smoothly and beautifully if you just look at it from another perspective. "Sir Hakan didn't tell us much about you, besides your name and that you were gonna help us", he nods. He motions for Eda to come sit back, as he continues babbling. "We'll contact Sir Hakan right now so he can get on call and calm down both sides, tamam?", he alternates his look between Eda and Serkan and both reluctantly agree. After all the misunderstandings are cleared and Hakan calmed Serkan down scolding him for his behavior, they end the call on "good terms". Apparently. Ferit slaps Serkan's back when Eda is about to leave, motioning his head for him to go to her. "Tamam..tamam ya", Serkan murmurs and gives in, walking behind her. He manages to hold the door before she reaches to open. "Eda hanim, I'm sorry, really sorry", he says, his head was down. He was a little ashamed, to be honest. But he raised his head up again. "I'm sorry for offending you, I didn't mean to", he says, truly. "But I hope you kinda understood where I came from, to have that reaction", he completes. "It's okay, Serkan bey", she pastes a half smile. "You're not the first one to imply that", she takes his hand off the doorknob and opens to leave, and Serkan sighes. How well that whole meeting went. And they didn't even talk about the plan. "Star", he calls when she's heading to the stairs. "We still have more to talk", he says and she understands. Her half smile comes back to her face and she winks. Here's to another night wasting money at Le Saints, I guess.

They kept going back and forth for a couple of weeks, the team still properly hidden and just some of them going out for undercover inspections. Serkan always kept in touch with Eda somehow, sometimes even going to Le Saints to have a private time with Star, gaining even a little bit of sympathy of Veronica (of course through the money he was spending at her pub). In the meantime, they kept perfecting and going through their plan over and over while collecting more information and plan B's and C's, trying to think of every possible outcome to predict and remediate for the best or worse. Serkan also managed to get to know some of the girls that were working on Le Saints and the inside dynamic, for not only this operation but for the general investigation and dossier they were putting up about this whole case. Interpol was also aware of that, but they still hadn't directly intervened in the op from ATC. It's been about a month that they were in France, and it was time they started to act. When they felt there was enough they gathered from, they decided to put the plan in motion. Like for real. It was time to bring down the ring. In one meeting with the whole team that surprisingly they managed to reunite in a basement located on a surrounding town of Paris, they set the final details up. Everybody knew from the back to the front what they had to do, when, where, how, who they were responding to and who they delegated things to. But they were still restless. This was the crucial part of the operation, they couldn't let things go wrong. "Wait, I don't think we're ready yet", Ferit remembers. "There's one thing we need to do before proceeding with the op", he says, nodding.
