"Hi! I am l/n, y/n. I am 20 years old and supposedr to be a college student but not now.. I have a wealthy family and I am the school muse because of my beauty. I have one childhood friend named Sanzu Haruchiyo but we don't see each other often cause were not that close anymore" I stop recording when someone entered

"Ms. Y/n it's time to check your condition" a nurse entered and checked the monitors beside me

I am born with a heart failure but not gonna lie I am strong and healthy!! But sometimes when I'm unconscious the monitors and machine are the only who keeps me alive

It's been a year I didn't attend school because my parents decided to focus on my health so I can live long because we don't know when will it attack

I'm about to continue recording when another person entered

"Can ya'll please stop entering I'm kinda into something at this moment" I heard footsteps coming to my bed

"Stop complaining you ugly girl and doesn't mean you have to be rude when someone enters just because you're family owns this hospital " I look up and it's Sanzu. he handed me my favorite food which is dorayaki

Well this man knows dorayaki for sure because of his big boss mikey

"Thanks, and why are you here? Thought you're not going to visit me?" He seat down near the window and cross his legs

"Pfft.. I'm not that kind of bestfriend to leave you behind because you're sick"

Haruchiyo had a miserable childhood that's why my family treat him so good. but he ended up in a wrong path when Mucho a friend of him that he treats as a big brother died. He's not home often, does drugs, change his hairstyle, and is now a complete different person, but I am happy he treats me well just like back then

"Do you go to school?"

"Who even go to school nowadays? Besides I'm older than you. and look at you, you're not even at school" he walk near to my bed "oh yeah, the machines are the only one who keeps you alive" he burst into laughter that makes my blood boil

"Fuck You Haruchiyo" I glare at him who's now sitting beside me

"When? You can't even move" he chuckled and left the room without saying goodbye

I am not surprise anymore about his attitude cause I'm used to it

"Months have passed and it's a bit surprising cause Sanzu often visits the hospital and even walks me outside well atleast he cares for me now.. and I guess today's the right time to say this.." I sigh facing my camera before continuing

"I like Sanzu ever since we were young but I don't have the courage to say it to him especially that he always wanted to be alone but I know someday I'll have the courage to say it to him" I ended the video when my phone alarm because it is the time everytime he visits

and as expected he enter with a teddy bear in his hands, he walk towards me and gave me the teddy bear

"What's with the camera y/n?" he ask as he prepare the wheel chair so we can walk outside again

"nothing I just filmed something" I answer with a smile on my face and he smile back

we went outside and started walking, as we pass to any doctors they will directly bow down but I'm kinda uncomfortable with it that's why I also bow because if not them I'll never be here
