Danger Shattered With Kisses

About a month or so later, Rick had a meeting with the governor to talk about the prison. Daryl and Hershel went with, just incase. I wanted to go with him but he didn't want me to get hurt.

"Yeah yeah." I said as I rolled my eyes and turned around. It was kinda boring without them. Daryl and I would go hunting. Me and Hershel would always garden. And Rick would teach me how to shoot good with all sorts of guns.

Since I usually do stuff with them I decided to take watch in the guard tower today with Glenn. "So how's it been going with you and Maggie?" I asked nudging his arm. "We'll actually... I'm gonna purpose to her." He said with a smirk on his face. "Oh my god!!! Really!!" I yelled with delight. "Yeah, but don't tell her please! I really want it to be a surprise!!" He said with a straight face that was turning into a smile. "I promise."

Later that day, Rick, Daryl and Hershel came back. I really don't know what happened but Rick looked like he just saw something he didn't want to see. He went straight into his cell and didn't come out the rest of the night. Carl and I were in my cell playing Monopoly that Glenn happened to find on a run. I won three times and Carl game me his "come on let me win once!!" face. After everybody went to sleep I went to go check on Judith and Rick. Rick was snoring and I tried so hard not to laugh. Judith must of heard me because she looked up at me and made her cute baby noises. I picked her up with a cute little surprised face earning a giggle. Luckily Rick didn't wake up and neither did anyone else. I played with her until she doze off as did I.

"But I gotta feed her" I hear Beth say. I wake up only to see Rick and Beth staring at me with a little smile. I turn to Judith and smile, then carefully hand her to Beth. After they both walked out I sat up and stretched. I felt like crap since I stayed up till 3:00 am. I quickly changed and walked down stairs to see everybody sitting down facing Rick. "Were's Michonne?" I asked slowly. "Well Megan, were actually all here to discuss that." Daryl said looking at Rick weirdly. "The governor... he will leave us alone if... we give him Michonne." We all gasped loudly. "Or.. we give him the prison." Rick said looking down at the hard cement lying beneath us. "No!" I yelled grabbing everyone's attention. "We will fight back! I'm not loosing Michonne and I'm not loosing my home!" I yelled. (Omg I just reread it and I noticed it rhymes lol ok back to the story) "Okay then." Rick said with a smile.

Later on we got prepared for anything the governor might try, which meant more look outs. Carl and I would be in one guard tower, Maggie and Glenn in another, and then Rick and Daryl in the other. the good thing was that it was only for the night. Me and Carl would take turns watching over and the other would get some rest. That's how
Me and Carl liked to do it. It was my turn to watch over and it was pretty chilly out. I had a blanket rapped around me as did Carl. I looked at him with his mouth open a tad bit to wear you could hear his little snore. It was so adorable. I softly kissed ..his cheek and turned back to the telescope.
Carls P.O.V
I was woken up by the fresh cool air hitting me. I didn't open my eyes cause I knew I would soon fall back asleep. I felt like I was being watched so I opened my eyes a tad bit only to see Megan staring at me and smiling. Luckily she didn't see me so I waited for something to happen. She kissed my cheek. I felt her cold soft lips onto my cheek. Wow she kissed me. My friend just kissed me. I smiled a little and then doze off.

Megan's P.O.V
Carl woke up a little bit after I kinda gave him that cheek kiss. "You can rest. I'm fine" he said smiling at me. I laid down next to Carl and sat there trying to doze off. Before I managed to close my eyes I saw Carls big beautiful blue eyes of his. He smiled. "Hi" he says. "Hi" I say back. We were both still staring into one another's eyes in a weird position, he was leaning over me but not letting our bodies press together. He finally got up, not that I wanted him to, and smiled then turned around. "What was that about?" I thought to myself. I never actually went to sleep I just waited till Carl got tired.

We'll i guess I must have doze off because when I woke up the sun was shining on my face. I look over to see if Carl was still there and he wasn't. I quickly got up and went into the cell block. As I opened the door my body pressed onto Carls knocking me over. "Sorry." He said while helping me get back up. After i got up we just dazed into each others eyes. I broke the silence by turning. "Were did you go?" I asked. "Oh I went grab something to eat." He said holding up a piece of bacon. We both walked back to the guard tower. Usually we would only keep watch at night, but since me and Carl kept taking turns we told Rick we could do it all day, So he put us up for the challenge. Carl was sitting up by the window looking and I was sitting my back on the wall. I saw Glenn walk in. "Hey, you guys need anything? I'm going on a run." "No thanks." We both said. He walked out and I looked up only to notice Carl staring at me with a little smile on his face. What!?!" I said giggling. "Nothing." He said giving me a kiss on the cheek. I stood there with a blank stare on my face. "I...Im...sorry..." He said as he walked passed me and went out the door. After a couple minutes I went into the cell block and walked into Rick's cell. I gave him a hard stare. "What's going on with Carl?" I said. "What do you mean?" Rick said grabbing his
gun. "He...He kissed me." I finally spat out. "oh." he said laughing. "What! What's so funny!?!" I asked with just a tad bit of anger. "Well, Carl kinda has a little crush on you." He said with a little smirk. I smiled a little. I had kinda like him too. But when I kissed him on the cheek back at the farm, that was just a cheek kiss. RIGHT!! For some reason I felt like he was,lying by the way he told me though.

"Okay..well..I'll uh... see you tomorrow." I said shyly. I walked back out only to bump into Carl. AGAIN! "Sorry...um...sorry." Carl said out of breath. We stared at each other for a sec. I smiled and looked down. He put his two fingers on my chin making me look up. At that very moment he leaned in and went for it. I kissed back. Omg I'm kissing Carl Grimes! I'm actually kissing him.

Sorry for not updating!! I'm writing another story. It's a fan fiction but this time I'm gonna finish it then release it so I don't have to keep you guys waiting. Views:281!

Also can't wait till the season finale!! I'm gonna miss twd!! But they come back... in seven months 😭 okay we'll bye!!
