Valerie's POV:
I woke up to Xavier shuffling in bed. I glanced at him a split second.
He was still asleep.
"No. No, he can't!" He said.
What- Is he having a nightmare?
"Xavier." I whispered shaking him lightly.
"How could he?" He yelled.
"Xavier. Wake up." I shook him a bit harder.
"I-" He gasped as he woke up.
"It's okay. It's okay." I gently caressed his face, trying to calm him down.
He sighed calming down.
"I'm sorry. Did I wake you?" He seemed a bit shaken.
What was that? Who was he talking to? And more importantly who was he talking about?
"It's okay, don't worry about it." I smiled cuddling into his chest.
Silence fills the room. I want ask what that was about but it seemed kinda rude. Should I? Ok I'll just ask one question.
"What was that about?" I ask in a quiet tone.
"It's nothing important." He avoids my question.
"Xavier tell me. What was it about?" I ask again.
"Trust me it's nothing. You won't find it amusing." He said.
"Tell me."
"No."
"Please." I pleaded.
"No." He repeated blankly.
"Pleaseee" I whined.
"Fine." He sighed.
"It was about the day I found out my father killed sister."
Shit I shouldn't have asked. What is wrong with me?
"I'm sorry for asking." I went closer to his chest.
"It's alright."
We spent a minute or two just in each other arms until he got up to shower.
I tried to get of the bed.
"Oh fuck." I said to myself.
"What is it?" He looked at me confused.
"I can't get up." I laughed at myself.
"What you mean you can't- oh. Oh." He smirked.
"Don't you dare, now help me ." I said while glaring at him.
"Fine." He chuckled.
He picked me up bridal style.
"This is going to be a fun day." I said.

"What are you doing today?" I started to make pancakes for us go eat as he worked on his laptop.
"If nothing comes up then I have have nothing to do today other than answer boring emails and texts." He answered while typing very aggressively.
"And....done." I turned of the stove and put the pancakes onto 2 plates basically drowning mine in syrup.
"Do want syrup?" He nodded.
I put syrup onto his.
"Xavier." He didn't answer.
