Cremisi sat in the bed and coughed watching her two boys run around. Dyson stopped mid run and looked over at his mother curiously. "Mom, when is dad coming back?" Cremisi frowned looking out the open window. "I don't know."

The two boys looked at each other with a frown and quietly left the room.

The two frowned at each other standing in silence for a moment before Dyson was the first to speak. "I think you should go look for dad. I'll stay here and look after mom." Goliath nodded not an ounce of disagreement in him. "You have the whistle?" Dyson nodded pulling a small cylinder whistle out of his pocket. "What about you?" Goliath nodded in agreement doing the same. "If mom asks I went to Yora's." Dyson gave a curt nod to his brother. "Be quick. I don't think mom is going to last much longer."

The two nodded at each other and Dyson ran back into his mother's room while Goliath ran off.

Dyson's eyes widened as he watched his mother fall into a coughing fit and try to get out of bed. "Mom wait!" Dyson wanted to call for his brother's help so bad. He knew it was hard to take care of his mother by himself and knew she was too heavy to carry on his own let alone drag her if she had passed out somewhere.

Goliath heard the distant coughing fit within the house and had to fight everything within himself not to run back and help his brother and mother. He had a mission to take care of. He had to find their father who could better take care of their mother. Better than either of them could.

~

Three days passed and Dyson found it to be the hardest three days of his life. The owner of the house had come over a few times to help him and check on his mother but even he didn't know how to help her. The owner would help her around when she needed something but otherwise there was nothing more he could do.

Dyson could clearly see his mother slipping. He knew she was awake but he knew she wasn't there. He knew whatever was wrong with her was getting worse for the fact she hadn't even asked where his brother was. Half the time she didn't even notice he was there.

~

Dyson was bringing food to his mother and froze in the doorway as he saw her laying on the floor. "Mom!" He tossed the food in his hands away and ran to her side. He turned her onto her back and laid his head on her chest checking for a heart beat. He let out a soft sigh finding one as faint as it was. He froze though as everything went quiet outside. It was brief before the sounds of screams started taking the air.

Quickly looking around as if trying to find somewhere to hide, Dyson laid his mother down and pulled a blanket off the bed. He laid it next to his mother and rolled her onto it before quickly wrapping her in it and using the blanket to pull her across the floor to a cupboard.

It took a lot of muscle work but he used the blanket in everyway he could to get his mother in the cupboard and shut her in it. He ran to the middle of the room just as doors started slamming open and shouts of commands were thrown.

Dyson was quick to arm himself, he was dammed if he was going to let anyone take his mother.

Goliath had walked and run for days. Barely taking any breaks. He asked many people of many kinds if they had seen anyone of his father's description. Some had known him but didn't know where he was. It wasn't until just moments prior that someone had finally told him where his father liked to hand out and he had hoped that his father was still there. Even though it was so far away. Three days at least by foot.

He made the long tiring journey to the seventh heaven not even bothering to knock on the door.

Tifa gave a false smile to the welcomed customer but her smile instantly fell and she gave a look of concern at the child that instantly collapsed at her door. She quickly put the glass in her hands down and ran to the child picking him up in her arms. "Hey! You alright?!"
