Adam felt trapped in a never-ending cycle of everything that he could never handle. How was this even possible?

"Adam?", Ace whispered.

"You're lying right? I mean, you can't...", Adam stumbled for words.

Adam leaned towards Ace, and fell into a tight embrace. They said no words, for there was no words needed.

Ace could feel sobs against his shoulder as Adam tightened his grip. He let him cry. This was the only way of expressing emotions now.

This isn't true. It couldn't be true.

"My best friend can't just die! Not now! It's not fair...", Adam yelled in his room. His muffled cries echoed through the air.

He threw his shoes as the wall harshly. "I hate this! I hate this!", he chanted while mourning uncontrollably.

"I wish I had more time.", he whispered under his breath. Six months, how was he supposed to make Ace happy in six months?

I need to be by his side twenty four seven, listen to everything he has to say, be committed.

I'll have to be his boyfriend.

(Sorry for the crappy super short chapter. I promise the next one will make up for it.  The song is what inspired me to write this story. I love this song so much. )
