You were sitting alone in your room. No one home as usual, your dad was on business trip, and your mom was working a late night shift at the ER. Leaving you in an empty 2 story house by yourself, with nothing to do. So you decide to take a shower and for the first time, head to bed early without someone begging you to. You grab your towel after a nice long shower, before you can wrap the towel fully around your body, the doorbell rings. Not expecting anyone, you ignored it, thinking it's someone advertising something. Then it rings a second time. "Tough entrepreneur" you said, still avoiding the door. When it rings a third time, you don't know what to expect. What's so urgent? You think, So you go down stairs with the towel wrapped around your body, looking through the eye hole, you see your ex standing outside your door, praying for you to open the door. When you open the door, he grabs your hand and drags you to the living room, on your way to the living room, you had your hand on your towel, pressed against your chest, so it wouldn't fall off.
N: "you're all I have." You were look at a puffy eyes Nate. You tell he had been crying. You two have been visiting his grandpa in the hospital for awhile. As a friend you supported him.
(Y/N): "Nate I'm sorry". You've known him long enough you could tell what he was thinking, without him having to say anything.
Nate: "Pops was the last piece of family I had".
You went upstairs and told him you would be back. You got in PJs and chose the warmest blanket you could possibly find, and grabbed ice cream from the fridge, and two spoons from the dish washer. He watched as you walked over to him with the blanket wrapped around your body, asking for a cuddle. You watched as his expression changed, and he nodded. He held on to you as you watched the movie of his choice. (It was awful). You had started to fall asleep, he noticed you falling asleep and he matched his breathing to yours, and kissed the top of your head. That wasn't the last time you two "friends" cuddled.
