The Figure Near The Pool

After I jotted down what he was wearing I go to make sure that the slide door to the pool is closed and locked. It wasn't and I got lucky because there was a figure standing near the pool. I run to the table in the living room and grab the paper that said what the murderer was wearing. I saw that he had a black shirt on, I look at the list...it matches I also saw that he had on white pants...it matches too. I look at the figure one more time and I saw that he had on a smiley mask...that also matches. I almost screamed my guts out but instead I held it in because I didn't want him to notice me. I go to call 911 and it rings.........
