Season 4 Episode 10 - The Truth

PREVIOUSLY:
Roxy confided in Jax as the truth of Kozik came out.
Jax beat Kozik.
Jax confronted Clay about Donna's murder.

Inside the chapel at The Clubhouse Clay is sitting at his president chair as he looks to Jax who is sitting in his usual Vice President seat and Kozik who is sitting in Tig's usual chair. Clay asks "Now what the hell was that out there? What's going on?" Kozik looks to Jax as Jax glares at Kozik and Jax asks "Ask him". A moment of awkward silence passes and Clay slams his hand down on the redwood table and bellows "Will someone tell me what the fucks going on?!". Jax looks to Clay and says "You want the truth? Come to mines and speak to Roxy" and Jax stands up and walks out of the room.

Gemma is pacing up and down in the office as she has her cell phone pressed to her ear and mutters "C'mon, answer". Tig walks into the office and looks to Gemma as Gemma as she hangs up the call. Tig says "You alright Gem?" Gemma says "What do you think? I gotta go talk to Roxy" and Tig leans on the wall and says "Clay and Jax are on their way to her" and Gemma says "Well where are they?" Tig replies "Jax's house" and Gemma sighs and picks up her handbag and says "Keep an eye on this place, I'll be back" and Tig nods and says "Sure thing" and Gemma rushes out of the office.

Roxy is sitting at the table in Jax's kitchen cradling Abel as she is feeding him. Jax and Clay walk into the house and Roxy looks up and her face falls as she sees Jax's face which is red and she asks "What happened to you? Hey Dad" Clay smiles to Roxy "Hey Princess". Jax looks to Roxy and says "Tell him Rox..it's time" and Clay looks to Jax and says "Tell me what? If nobody starts explaining I'm gonna start smashing shit" and Roxy nods to Jax and says "You're right Jax" and Roxy looks at Clay and says "I need to tell you something Dad" and Clay says "You know you can tell me anything Princess, what's on your mind? What's going on?" Roxy deeply sighs as she glances down to Abel and looks back up to her Father. "Mason isn't Nathan's Dad" and Clay looks between Jax and Roxy and says "What do ya mean?" Roxy says "Before I got pregnant, I found out Mason was cheating on me with Gina so me and him got into this huge fight and it was late at night so I ran to the clubhouse. Kozik was there alone and I was upset and he was there for me and we were both drinking and one thing led to another and we slept together" and Clay bellows "WHAT?!" Abel begins to cry and Roxy cradles her Nephew and Roxy says "Tig caught us and he forced Kozik to get a transfer to Tacoma, the next few weeks I found out I was pregnant...Kozik is Nathan's Dad" and Clay says "I'm gonna kill him!" Roxy stands up and says "No! Dad just stop please" and Clay deeply sighs and asks "Who all knew? I want the truth Roxy" Roxy worriedly glances to Jax and says "Tig and Mom and Juice and Jax just found out earlier" and Clay asks in disbelief "Your Mother knew about this?" Roxy nods and she says "I want no harm to come to Kozik" and Jax says "He took advantage of you" Roxy replies "It takes two Jax" and Clay bites his bottom lip and says "He needs to get the hell outta Charming or I will kill him" and Roxy nods.

Juice walks into his house with Nathan as Nathan runs into the living room and Juice sets down Nathan's school bag. Aidan is in the kitchen drinking a cup of coffee when Juice walks in and asks "Where's Roxy?" Aidan replies "She's at Jax's house, looking after Abel for Jax" and Juice nods and rubs at his eye in frustration and asks "What's your plan Aidan?" Aidan looks to Juice and asks "What do you mean?" Juice says "Well after rehab you must have a plan on what you're gonna do?" Aidan glares to Juice and says "Have we got a problem Juice? Cause I got a feeling we do" and Juice says "I got no problem with you, I'm just looking out for my Family" and Aidan nods and asks "From me?" Juice nods and says "You've hurt Roxy before, I don't want My Old Lady or my Kids hurt and I don't feel safe with you around them. So lemme just be clear, if I find out you've put them in any danger I don't care if you're Clay's Son and Roxy's Brother, I'll kill ya" and Aidan looks taken back.

Later that night Gemma is in the bedroom rubbing hand lotion on her hands when Clay walks into the bedroom. Gemma looks to Clay and asks "Where you been?" Clay says "With Roxy, finding out the truth" and Gemma nods and asks "She told you then?" Clay says "Well you didn't, but hey I shouldn't be too shocked by that should I? Secrets are what you do" and Gemma looks taken back and says "That isn't fair" and Clay says "No! What isn't fair is I've been in the dark all these years about Kozik! The minute you found out, you should have told me!" Gemma says "How could I? She didn't want the truth to come out!" Clay bellows "I DON'T CARE!" Clay deeply inhales and says "She's our Daughter, we're supposed to be a team but you fucked that up!" Gemma looks in shock at her Husband. Clay approaches the top of the bed and lifts up his pillows and walks towards the door and Gemma asks "Where are you going?" Clay says "Im gonna sleep in the spare room" and Gemma deeply sighs.

Roxy tries to play peacemaker between her Family and Kozik.
Aidan clashes with Juice.
Agent Stahl pays a visit to the clubhouse.
