Midorima's POV

I was in shock hearing the news that Kuroko's dad is at the hospital. So now, I'm with Kuroko talking to his Dad.

"Dad..." Kuroko said. Then, his dad wiped Kuroko's tears with his thumb.

"The doctors can't give me the medication needed. So, they decided that they will treat me abroad." He said which made me worry.

"Dad..." Kuroko said with a worried tone.

"Your Mom and Sebastian will be with me, so it's safe... But before that, can I talk to Midorima alone?" He asked and Kuroko nodded then left. I was alone with his dad.

"This is nerve-wrecking..." I thought to myself.

"Sit here, Midorima." He said and let me sit down beside him.

"U-Uncle..." I whispered.

"Can I ask you a question?" He asked and I nodded.

"You've fell in love with a guy before, right?" He asked and I nodded.

"You two were very close with each other... So, tell me... Have you fallen in love with him? Or maybe fell in love with him?" He asked in a serious tone.

"Yes. I fell in love with your son since we reunite once again." I said and he smiled.

"Very well then... Please take care of Tetsuya for me..." He said which made me curious.

"Uncle..." I called.

"I don't want him to suffer the same thing that happened before..." He said.

"Before?" I asked.

"He also had a guy best friend whom he fell in love before. But, suddenly cut ties with him which made him very sad. I don't want him to suffer like that. So, take care of him... Okay?" He said and I nodded.

"I will." I said.

"From now on, you will call me Dad." He smiled which made me blush.

"I-Isn't that too fast?" I asked.

"Hahaha... It's fine... That's normal for me." He said.

"O-Okay... Dad?" I said. Then, Auntie and Kuroko came in with an unfamiliar guest.

"Good Evening, old friend." He greeted.

"OLD FRIEND!?!?!?" I thought.

"Sebastian... How you've been?" He said.

"Well, we've already packed yours and your wife's things for your treatment abroad." He said.

"So today was their flight?" I whispered to Kuroko and he nodded.

"So, we better get ready. Tetsuya, Midorima, thank you for visiting us here. I know you two have school tomorrow... So, get some rest and have a good night sleep." Dad said.

"We will." We said and left the room. Then, I noticed Takao and Kise aren't around.

"Where's Kise and Takao?" I asked.

"Oh! Kasamatsu-senpai and Miyaji-senpai came here two hours ago while you were inside talking with my dad." Kuroko said.

"Kasamatsu-senpai and Miyaji-san? What did they do?" I asked again.

"Well... They punched their heads... And took them for giving punishments because of skipping practice." Kuroko said which made me nervous.

"Am I gonna get punished as well? I hope not..." I thought.
