But even after all of Gohan's relentless attacks, Freeza stands back up, with scratches, but other than that, he's just fine. He looks up at Gohan who starts to nervously sweat at the fact that he did no damage. As he worries, Freeza rises up from the mini island he was on and faces Gohan. Vegeta warns Gohan to get out of the way, but it's to late. Freeza backhands Gohan down, making him gasp for air. Freeza attempts to go down to Gohan and finish the job, but Vegeta, having enough,powers up a full powered blast and shoots it towards Freeza.
Vegeta: HAH! I did it!!! Your overconfidence was your undoing Freeza!
Vegeta continues to laugh, but as the smoke clears up, it shows Freeza unfazed by Vegeta's attack. Freeza then crosses is airs and tells Vegeta that he's next after he's done with Gohan, causing Vegeta to shake in fear, realizing that all of their fates are sealed. As Freeza lands in the ground, Gohan gets back up to attack Freeza, but Freeza dodges the attacks and grabs Gohan by his hair, and pushes his new against Gohan's gut, causing the boy to spit out blood. Gohan falls to the ground, breathing heavily. Freeza wasting no time kicks Gohan, then steps on his head, crushing it slowly.
Freeza: This is your end, you Brat!!!

As the end for Gohan gets closer and closer, a flying KI disk suddenly appears from behind Freeza. Freeza notices this and jumps up to avoid it, but it ends up cutting his tail. He looks back and sees Krillin, who is now healed, releasing more KI disks towards him. Freeza now on guard dodges all the attacks and goes towards Krillin, who was sticking his tongue out and taunting him. Krillin tries to fly away, but Freeza, being much faster than him, catches up and flies in front of him.
Freeza: I don't know how you came back, but how dare you cut the tail of Lord Freeza!!! I'LL MAKE SURE YOU DIE THIS TIME!!!
Krillin: Really...? Then all I can do is this...! [SOLAR FLARE!!!]
Krillin releases the solar flare attack he stole from Tien and blinds Freeza. Krillin quickly goes over to Vegeta and tells him to finish Freeza off, but Vegeta has his eyes on something else. As Vegeta is looking at Gohan, he sees the little Namekian Dende use some kind of ability and heals Gohan's injuries. As Vegeta starts getting mad at Krillin for not telling him this, Gohan suddenly appears next to them and powers up, ready to fight Freeza once again. But this time, he's even stronger than before.
Vegeta: Must be his Saiyan blood... His power level shot up a lot more. Maybe our luck is suddenly turning in our favor...!
As the group gets ready to fight Freeza once again, A large power level suddenly flies in and blocks their way from fighting Freeza. As the sudden aura disappears, it appears to be Piccolo, who seems different than before.
