Izuku's Pov

I was now about three months pregnant and starting to show a little. Shinsou would always check on me randomly during school and ask how I was. Then he asked how his kittens were and I found it adorable. Everybody in school already knew I was pregnant so it was no big deal for him to randomly come check on me. I moved schools after someone hit me in the stomach at my last school. Kacchan beat them and then checked on me asking if I felt any different. I told him I still felt the same. He then called me teddybear and thanked all might that his babies were okay. Denki rushed in because he was in a class to help with his adhd. He asked if me and the babies were okay then thanked all might for their babies were okay. That's how everyone figured out I was pregnant at that school. From then on I was Kacchans teddy bear, pikas spark plug or buzzy beautiful sunshine nugget, and shins kitty cat. Dadzawa, as I called him, was helping me set up the twins' room. We painted it a light yellow so it was a neutral color. I started wearing alot of shins, kacchans and pikas shirts in public to hide that i was pregnant. Only two months until we find out my beautiful babies genders. I found a name for a boy and two for girls Nikko and Kosai for girls and kishi for a boy. I just need to tell the boys the names i found to see if they like them. I was about to text them when I felt a sharp pain in my stomach and lower back. It was during lunch and shin was in the bathroom. I sent one of the boys at the table that liked shin to go get him and the girls where all worried. I handed hannah my phone. "let me guess call kacchan" she asked worry in her voice. "please" i said tears running down my face shin had arrived and one of the girls had called the hospital. "I'm calling my dad okay he'll met us at the hospital". the school nurse rushed in with a wheel chair and shin set me in it. "It'll be okay kitty cat." Just then i heard dadzawa on the other side of the phone. "Is everything okay?" He asked in his calm tone so we can tell he's in front of his class. "Dad something is wrong with izuku we were in lunch and he started crying. There was blood when i picked him up." Shin said on the verge of tears. "Shit okay is anyone calling bakugou and kaminari." Hannah ran up with my phone Him and denki are on the way to the hospital. Denki's mom is picking them up now. "       

At the hospital 

3rd person pov

Bakugou, Kaminari and aizawa all arrived at the same time. They were all crying and so was shinsou and hannah. They waited for what felt like hours but was only 15 minutes to get news no one wanted to hear.
