What was the point in being here, you were all alone, always alone, why were you here? You just wished that you could have someone. Someone to comfort you. To be there with you all the time. But you didn't, nobody wanted to be with you.

"Hey y/n!"
That joyful Zhongli was practically skipping across the park even if it was raining. He probably had a good day.
You waved back, you did have a little crush on him so maybe his company would help.

Zhongli plopped himself onto the bench you sat at, the wide smile slowly turning into a frown.
"You don't look very happy...is everything okay?"Zhongli asked, moving closer to where you sat.
"Nothing, it's fine."
You nibbled your cheeck while quietly sniffling continuesly
"I know something is up,"he whispered, rubbing your back"you can talk to me y/n, i'll listen to you."

A minutes silence past by before you opened your mouth to speak.
"I just feel so... lonely. Even if there are always people around me, it's as if everyone has forgotten about me. Like...they don't care about me anymore. I don't matter to them...to anyone." You said quietly, looking down at the ground. You could feel the incoming tears but they couldn't be stopped.
"But it really hurts when my heart feels so empy" You thumped your chest repeatedly while begining to let out sobs, the tears making your head hurt.

Suddenly, he pulled you into a cuddle, that warm breath of his hitting your neck and your cheecks flustered. You were suprised at the sudden closeness but it felt comforting and rather nice.
"If I gave you lots of cuddles every day and always be there for you...would you still feel lonely?"
He placed a light peck on your cheeck while carresing your hair lightly as he kept you in a warm embrace, whispering soft lovingly words as your arms clutched onto him tightly, drops of rain trickiling off both of your clothes.
The moment felt like hours, years but you wouldn't trade it for anything else in the world.

"Let me take you home," he murmured, kneeling down to wipe off any remaining tears on your face,"I don't wish for you to catch a cold."
He slipped his hand into yours and you clutched onto it, a small noticable grin forming on your face as you let out a 'thank you', he smiled cheesily before leading you away.
