You were sitting in your room minding your business as one does on their last week of summer break thinking about what your second year of highschool would be like. you were pretty nervous for it but mostly happy since you will know most of the people there. you get lost in thought when you hear your mom call you and your brother from the living room.
" y/n!, B/N CAN YOU COME DOWN STAIRS FOR A MINUTE GUYS"
you and your brother start to head down stairs and you walk into the room with your mom and dad already sitting down looking serious.
"Umm are we in trouble or are you guys just tired" you say confused.
"u-um no y/n me and your mother have something to tell you guys ...." your dad says.
the room falls silent as you stare at both your parents still confused. you furrowed your eyebrows to try and figure out what was going on.
"WAIT MOM ARE YOU HAVING ANOTHER KID!!" you say a little hyped but still confused by when they had time to do that.
"no their not they got the perfect kid the second time around" you brother says with a shit eating grin on his face.
" you cocky bastard" you say flicking him on his forehead.
"oh no, no that's not what's happening" your moms says as she lets out a little nervous chuckle.
"well ok then what is it. this suspense is getting kinda boring now" you say sitting down on the couch between both of your parents.
" so me and your father have been arguing a lot these couple of months and we think it would be best if we got a divorce for all of our sakes" you mom says as she looks at the both of you nervously for your responses.
You had noticed that how could you not. all of the yelling the screaming was pretty annoying and it was getting a little hard for you to handle. you were glad that they were finally putting a stop to all the arguing and were fixing the issue.
"oh sure I don't have a problem with it as long as we can still see the both of you from time to time "
" oh of course we have already decided you and b/n will live with your your mother and visit me on holidays that you have off of school and some times over the summer. " your dad says smiling at the fact that you are both ok with it
"ok when are you moving dad." your brother says sitting up on the couch. the room fell silent again until your mom spoke up.
"No honey were the ones moving I got a new job so we have to go in a week....."
"sick where are we moving" you say a little exited to move somewhere new
" To japan....... "
