once you all reach the house you all take off your shoes and you, kuroo, and kenma all went upstairs and sat down on the bed.
"ohh let's play mortal kombat since i'm here now"
"sure why not it might be nice to win for a change"
"And who told you that you were gonna win?" You ask kuroo as he hands you a controller.
You guys each pick a character. Kuroo picked Sub-Zero and you picked kitana. you guys had agreed that you and kuroo would go First and who ever won would go against kenma. you guys pick a random map and you start the battle.
-Round 1 Fight-
knowing that this is your go to player so Most of her power Moves were basically Muscles Memory to you at this point.
you watched as Kuruo started mashing
buttons and getting frustrated that you were barley losing health.
"how am i already about to loseee!" kuroo yells.
kitana wins... -round 2 FIGHT-
the second round pretty much went the same way. the only difference is that kuroo managed to get your health bar to a little more than half. not that it really helped anything. he continued to mash buttons and soon you heard.
-finish him-
you did a simple fan move and knocked him out. "kitana wins"
"are you kidding me! what that doesn't count. it was a warmup round." kuroo tells again
"kuroo shut up" you hear his mom yell from downstairs.
"sorry.... but y/n seriously can we do another round.
"sure why not" you say shrugging a little.
you guys have a rematch with the same players. it doesn't so let kuroo problem though he still loses to you.
"ok now it's me and kenma so kuroo back up." you say with a smile on your face.
"yeah yeah whatever i know" kuroo backs up and let's kenma take the seat in front of him
you go back to the menu and you both pick new characters. you see kenma pick radien and you pick takeda. you pick a random map again and start the match.
Knowing that kuroo wasn't too hard to beat you knew that kenma was somewhat good the only thing was... you were better.
after a while the game ended with you winning and kenma having your health at just a little less than 3/4 of the way.
the next round went kinda different. you watched as kenma used his special move and it knocked your health down to almost half.
"nahhhh your buggin' you ain't even have to do all that." you say frustrated.
"i did though" kenma says in his normal low toned voice.
you tried to knock his health down as much as you could but it didn't help. kenma won the second round with you having his health a little less than half.
since both of you had won one round you have to do a tied breaker so you fiddled your fingers and got ready for the 3rd round.
-Final round.. ..FIGHT-
this round was a lot more intense than the last 2.As competitive as you were, there was no way you were going to let win and by the looks of it.... he wasn't neither.
Eventually with 2 wins you beat kenma once again while he came close.
"damn that was a struggle but i knew i would win. that's why takeda's my homie."
"good game....it nice to actually have a challenge now. playing against kuroo is just disappointing to witness" kenma says setting the controller down.
"i mean you're not wrong...."
"hey! i don't spend my time playing games cut me some slack. you can't expect me to win every game."
"but you don't have to win every game but at least beat a round dude it's kinda sad" kenma says bluntly.
you double over in laughter and kenma snickers. kuroo huffs then gets up and leaves the room. but after a minute he returns.
"are you guys seriously stil laughing it's not even that funny."
"nooo it's funny cuz it's true" you say catching your breath.
throughout the whole time you were there you guys did a handful of things. you played a whole lot more video games, you and Kuroo made a little concert for kenma because he didn't want to dance with the two of you. and you all even helped kuroos mom make dinner and dessert.
- Timeskip ( 5 hours later)-
unfortunately after dinner was made your mother came back to come and pick you up but kuroos mom convinced her to stay a while to have dinner and she agreed.
But shortly after you all finished and it was time to leave and good to your new house.
you said bye to them all and so did your mother and brother and you got in the car and started making your way to your new home.
