"Why would Malivore want you to die?" Josie said, "Then you'd have everything you needed to end him."

"I don't know, but I have a feeling that Rose wasn't supposed to share that information."

Josie looked down, "Definitely not."

"There's always a loophole." Hope said matter of factly.

"And Malivore definitely didn't want you to know about this one."

"To think this started with trying to save Landon." Hope laughed wryly, "Feels like that's been the story of my life for almost two years now."

"It's so much more than that now." Josie whispered.

"It's okay," Hope spoke, staring into Josie's eyes now, trying to offer compassion. "I'm still strong enough to fight," she placed her hand on the brunette's cheek. "And I'll never stop fighting knowing that you're by my side."

Josie rested her cheek further into Hope's hands.

"But I don't want you to have to fight."

The tribrid giggled, "Jo, I've been fighting my whole life." She said while shaking her head gently, smiling. "I'm the tribrid. And that's not gonna change."

"I just want you to have peace."

"I do, I have more peace than I've ever found before." She smiled, "When you're in my arms, when I'm in yours." Her thumb rubbed up and down against Josie's cheak. "You are my peace Jo."

Josie's tilted brown eyes stared deeply into Hope's, touching her soul.

"I need nothing more than you." Hope's blue eyes swore that the words she spoke were sincere. "I'm okay," she whispered, "I promise."

"You're my peace too," Jo's hand reached up and held onto Hope's wrist.

Finally, Hope reached over to kiss Josie, and the butterflies broke free from their cage.

The brunette lifted her body up, her knees supporting her, a couple inches taller than the tribrid. She ran her hands all up and throughout the beautiful auburn hair.

In between kisses, Hope whispered, "Siphon me."

Josie placed her hands on her lower back, and her lips to her neck.

Hope moaned as she began to tug on her shirt, bringing it up and over her head. Suddenly she felt a hundred times better.

She rolled over and pinned Jo down onto the bed after helping her to lift her shirt off her body.

Hope leaned down and began to kiss and lick her neck, touching every area of her body. Josie was breathing hard, moaning lightly.

Finally, Hope reached around Josie's back and unclasped her white lace bra. Jo was quick to shake the garment off.

They're lips made it back to one another's, and Josie reached up, dropping the auburn haired girl's bra straps.

Their kisses stayed passionate and hot, and Hope reached around her back to take off her bra. They held each other closer, honoring their embrace.

Josie began to kiss down every inch of Hope's body, reaching her skirt, unzipping and removing it.

Hope moaned and the fun began.

When they finished they laid in each other's arms for a while.

"God I needed that." Hope said, stroking Jo's hair as she laid on her chest.

"Me too," Josie smiled. "It's been a long twenty-four hours."

"Mhm." Hope stared at the ceiling, lost in the thought of how good Josie smelled.

"I'm the luckiest girl in the world," Josie said, flipping over to lay on her stomach, looking into Hope's ocean blue eyes. "I found what I was never looking for, in you. I never knew I needed this. But now that I have it..."

"I know," Hope smiled in disbelief, the kind of smile that lit her eyes up. "I know exactly what you mean." She reached her hand down to Josie's, their fingers twirling over one another. "Can I say something?"

"Of course, you never need to ask." Josie chuckled. Hope matched her smile and looked down at their fingers with complete bliss.

Funny how something as simple as playing with her lover's hand could make her feel such euphoria.

"I don't know," she smiled. "It's not important."

"Anything that you have to say is important," Josie inched closer to Hope's face and touched her nose to the tribrids. "I'd listen to anything you ever had to say."

Hope exhaled through her nose and her smile radiated.

"I don't know..." She shook her head and her auburn hair whipped around while letting out a small giggle. "I guess... I just keep thinking, what if Malivore never took over Landon's body? Would I have ever seen what I was doing to myself in that relationship? Why I was in that relationship?" She sighed, "That the fake promise that he couldn't leave made me feel safe..." She looked up and a smile crossed her face, "Would I have opened up my heart to someone new?" She pushed Josie's hair behind her ear, "To you?"

Josie chuckled, "Why even bother with what if's? The only important thing, the only thing that matters, is that we're together. Here. Now. It's not like our life would be any less complicated without Malivore being in Landon's body so let's just be... grateful that we found each other, in this way, finally."

"I know, I know, I'm sorry. It's just hard to keep myself from thinking-"

Josie put her hand to Hope's cheek, "Hey, don't be sorry." She whispered. "We found each other."

"I don't ever want to find out how this ends." Hope whispered, again thinking of an unforeseen future.

"It won't." Josie whispered, leaning in to Hope and pressing her beautiful plump lips to the tribrids.
