Chapter 1

it was when i were in 4nd grade of elementary and he's in 3rd grade when i met him. he was a quite kid, didn't really talk much and the tallest in his grade. But me, i used to talked a lot, playing with everyone, even playing sports with the boys, catching snakes or frogs in rice fields. Sometimes i just can't take my eyes of him, i mostly saw him on playtime in a playground, maybe I'm just curious because i didn't really know anything about him, all i know is his name Tsukishima Kei. 'tsuki? like a moon?'

didn't really talk to him until..

i saw him getting bullied with a group of boys when i went home.
"PFFTT what are you? a bean pole? let me try to climb you"
"HAHAHA BEAN POLE BEAN POLE BEAN POLE~"

some of them are trying to pull his arm, i got angry, cuz you know, why would you do that? like, he didn't even do anything wrong, he's just quite and didn't do anything in class.

"OOOOIIIIII!!" i screamed while running and bumped my body to some them.

"YOU FREAKIN COWARDS! WHY WOULD YOU PICKING ON A QUIET ONE HAA!! TRY TO PICK ON ME NEXT TIME I'LL PUSH YOU TO THE MUD!!! OR.. ORR.. OR I WILL PUT SOME SNAKES AND FROGS IN YOUR LOCKERS!!" i screamed while facing my back to Tsukishima. i heard a 'ppft' from my back, i think he's holding his laughter..

They were shocked after i mentioned snake and frogs, and they decided to runaway while saying "YOU FREAKS!"

After all of them running away, i fell proud of myself, and finally i have my moment to speak to him, when i turn around "hehehehe are you okay?'" he ldidn't say anything. "emm tsuki?" he looks up when i said his name.

"thanks." he said while while clumping his hands, i saw them, and i smiled at him

"eyy it's okay, don't mind it hihihi. hmm.. our house is pretty close right? let's walk home together hm hm?"
"hmm.." he said while nodding, and i swear i saw a little, like tiny smile, i blushed a little hehe.

"im (L/N)(Y/N)"
"im Tsukishima Kei"
"okeeyy Kei!" he was a little bit shocked when i said his last name instead id his first name, but he decided to ignore it.

"nee keii~ do you like any sports or game or anything? every time i saw you on the playground you're just sitting and didn't do anything."

"you.. saw me?.."

"Ahhh.. emm.. i.. you know everyone is playing and do sports but you didn't do anything so it just catch my eyes, i'm wondering, 'hmm maybe today he's going to play or do something' but you didn't do anything huh?"

"hmm, yeah, i don't know, it's hard to befriend anyone, when i transfer to this school everyone is already in a group so.."

"Thennnn let's be friends! let's spend times together and walking home together, it's fun when you're spending time with someone!"

he was a little bit taken back, but he smiled and nod his head "hmm alright"

from then on we become a good friend and i introduced him to volleyball, a sport that i've always been enjoying for a while now. He said that he always interested in joining volleyball club, he sometimes practice it with his brother. My eyes were sparkling when he talked about how his brother is so good at volleyball. I pushed him to join volleyball club with me and after that we spend our time playing volleyball before going home. Kei slowly becoming more talkative and more smiling and even laughing, he even befriend his classmates too.

'BABAM~ a new species of pokemon has arrived'
"Guess that pokemon! IT'SSSS, emm what's your name ?"

"IT'SSS TADASHII" while raising my arms, Kei holding his laughter while i do my commentary. Kei introduced his new friend to me and told me that he also wanted to join volleyball club, of course i was happy and excited to help introduce volleyball to him. And now, we're become a group friend of 3.
