Liyah's POV ~
9:25pmMe and Nora pulled up fashionably late and the house was packed with black people. There was people in and out of the house. People kissing each other, getting high, all sorts of stuff.
As we make our way into the house, I could feel people staring at us. It made me instantly nervous.
"Are you sure about this?" I ask Nora as we make our way into the loud house.
"Yessss! We need to get littttt!" She shouts over the loud music as we enter.
The smell of weed instantly fills my nostrils. The room was so packed there was barely any space to walk around.
There were thugs on the couch getting a lap dance by a bunch of girls, people kissing in the corner and girls shaking their asses everywhere.
I make my way into the kitchen, looking around for Trayvon but still can't see him. Nora bumped into a few of her other friends earlier so she was with them.
I decided to check upstairs. It took me a minutes to get all the way up there since there were people sitting on the stairs.
Once I was upstairs I looked around. There was some long ass queue for the bathroom on one side. Then on the other side of the corridor was two rooms. One of them was closed.
As I approach one of the rooms, I can hear whispers. Outta of my curiosity, I open the door to find Trayvon lying on the bed, with some girl on top of her.
"SO THIS WHAT THE FUCK WE DOING NOW?" I shout as I feel my blood begin to boil.
He notices me and immediately pushes her off him.
"Liyah it's not like that I swear." He said as he stood up.
"And who are you supposed to be?" The girl mugged me.
"IK YOU NOT TALKING TO ME." I respond angrily as I try and approach her but Trayvon holds me back.
"I SHOULD HAVE NEVER COME HERE." I said as I tried to leave but Trayvon pulls me back once again.
"WAIT JUST LET ME EXPLAIN." He says.
"EXPLAIN WHAT TRAYVON? WE'VE BEEN TALKING FOR A MINUTE NOW AND MY DUMB ASS REALLY THOUGHT THERE WAS SOMETHING THERE. MEANWHILE YOUR OUT HERE FUCKING OTHER BITCHES. IS THIS SERIOUSLY WHAT WE DOIN? I GOT ALL DRESSED UP JUST TO WALK INTO THIS SHIT." I shout at him as I pushed him away from me.
"Look it's not how it looks." He stuttered.
I looked at him with such disgust. This is what I get for messing around with thugs like him.
"CUT THE BULLSHIT. YOU A STUPID ASS GANGSTER WHO FUCKS BITCHES EVERYWHERE YOU GO. I SHOULD HAVE NEVER SPOKE TO YOU. STAY AWAY FROM ME AND MY GRANDMA. I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU." I shout as a tear falls down my face.
"FUCK YOU TRAYVON. AND FUCK YOU TOO." I shout to both of them as I storm out of the room.
I make my way through the loud crowd. I notice Nora on the dance floor kicking it with Ragz, the host of the party and Trayvon's best friend. I didn't want to disturb them so I just left by myself.
I could hear Trayvon shouting my name but I completely ignored him. I got into my Uber and made my way back home, trying to hold back my tears.
After a while, I arrived outside the house. I payed the driver before getting out and walking up to the front door.
I forgot my house keys meaning I had to knock. I immediately wiped my tears to avoid my Grandma's questions.
After a few moments, the door opened and my grandma stood there in her robe. I could tell she had just woken up. I forgot how late it was.
"Liyah? Are you okay?" My grandma asks me softly as I walk inside.
I drop my heels and turn around to face her. Atp the tears were just pouring. For some reason, my grandma could always tell when I'm sad. So there was no point of me pretending.
"Come here sweetie." She said softly as she pulls me into a big hug.
I begin to cry letting out all my emotions. I really liked Trayvon. I loved being around his energy. He wasn't that tough guy he portrayed himself to be. There was so much more to him that I admired the most. Why would he do such a thing?
