"Time to heal our women, be real to our women. And if we don't we'll have a race of babies." I rapped the lyrics of the song Keep Ya Head Up by Tupac, that played in the background.
Me, Red and Tremaine chilled at the back of the warehouse. We smoked a blunt and listened to music. I can't lie, I needed this shit. I got so much shit on my mind, it's unbelievable.
(Red a.k.a Ragz)
(Tremaine)
"Whatchu so mad about huh? Ion know what tf you talking bout!" He shouted on the phone as me and Red both watched.
"Yk what? We can finish this conversation when I get back. Im on my way." He said sternly before ending the call.
Me and Red both laugh as Tremaine gets up.
"What y'all niggas laughing about huh?" Tremaine mugged us.
"Nigga why you so pressed for? Wait lemme guess. Baby mama drama." Red responded making me laugh even harder.
"Nigga fuck you. Stop playing with me." He said irritated grabbing his keys.
"Imma dip. This girl is still on my ass." He sighed.
"Aight say less." I responded inhaling the smoke from my blunt.
"Ah damn." Red sighed sitting up.
"So what's going with your ass?" I asked Red interested.
"Oh shit I forgot to tell you. I'm with this girl. We been talking and shit for a minute now and I actually like her. She got good energy." He spoke.
"Not you catching feelings and shit. Fucking simp." I chuckled gaining a death stare from him.
"Aight my bad. What's her name?" I asked sitting up.
"Her name is Nora." He responded sipping on some whiskey.
"Wait you mean Liyah's best friend from high school Nora? The pretty light skin?" I asked completely shocked.
"Yea her nigga." He replied leaving me completely surprised.
"Well damn congrats to you man." I say dapping him up.
"Aight tf is going with you and Liyah tho?" He asked.
I sighed. She's been on my mind all day, I haven't been able to focus properly.
"Ion know man. We just messing around atp." I sighed.
"Y'all fucked?" He asked making me smirk.
"You already know man." I smiled.
"My man." He dapped me up making me laugh.
"Aight but real talk. You love her?" He asked in a more serious tone.
I suddenly felt my heart beat faster then usual. I was nervous by what he was asking me. I was so confused.
"Idk bro. She's everything I've ever wanted. She's not just a girl, she's a woman. She ain't like these hoes that like to get passed around. She's mature and don't tolerate bullshit. She's always been by my side and given me nothin but respect." I explained it thinking of her.
"Shit man. Sounds like you in love fr." He replied looking at me.
"Yea but even if I was, how would I know she feels the same way?" I asked confused.
"Nigga think. You ain't never gon find out if you don't ask her yourself. Stop being a fucking pussy and just tell her how you feel. Just tell her before it's too late." He said sternly.
Red was right. I needed to get shit off my chest.
"Aight imma dip. It's getting late." I responded getting up.
"Aight say less." He said drinking some more whiskey.
I left the warehouse and made my way to the car. I needed to find a way to tell her. I wanted this shit to be special.
