Boyfriend felt a shiver run down his back as his mother's shriek echoed through the mall. Her eyes were fixated on him. He frowned as he furrowed his eyebrows, a sigh escaping his plump lips. "Oh my, is this an early christmas present?" Boyfriend's mother swayed her hips towards her husband who just laughed."Our son, has finally arrived." He said, bringing up the microphone to his mouth, people soon cheering in excitement. "Now, Benjamin, for the final time, you're coming home with us." His father smiled.
The blue-haired individual shook his head, "No! I'm never going with you, you treat me like shit!" He screamed earning a gasp from the crowd.
Boyfriend's father felt a bead sweat roll down his face, his confidence deteriorating. He grasped onto the microphone, "How about a singing battle?" He finally said, earning a wave of 'Ooh!'s from the crowd.
"A singing battle?.." Boyfriend asked, raising an eyebrow.
His father only laughed, "Of course! It's the best way to settle this." His eyes turned sharp as he was starring daggers into the blue-haired individual.
Pico turned to look at his partner, "You sure you wanna do this, B?" He asked hesitantly, resting his hand on Boyfriend's shoulder.
Boyfriend gulped as his ebony-colored eyes temporize between his father and then his lover. He soon nodded, finally making his decision. "Okay.. I accept!"
"Amazing!" His father said with a booming voice, laughter following soon after the words left his lips. He grabbed another mic and threw it in Boyfriend's direction. The boy barely caught the microphone in his hand but managed to hold it, his body shaking. "Let's begin."
The music began to play and Pico stood by the speakers. His eyes staying on Boyfriend, watching closely. Boyfriend's father sat down on the familiar chair Santa would sit on and soon his mother sat on his lap. They began with the first note.
