The next day, everyone arrived to set ready for the first day of filming. They wouldn't be filming in the March house yet, since it needs to be a bit refurbished before it was able to be used.
"Hellooo..." (Y/n) announced his presence, walking into the craft services area. He grabbed something to eat for breakfast and sat down. He took a selfie and put it on his instagram story, leaving all the fans confused on what he was filming. They haven't announced the little women movie yet, so everyone was trying to figure it out.
Emma sat down next to him and they ate their food together. They didn't really talk, but he did connect their hands under the table. Florence came over soon and sat down next to them, and they all had a nice conversation, even though Emma wasn't very happy to be talking to her.
"Well, I'm going to go get ready! Have fun!" (Y/n) announced, walking off to his dressing room.
"Do you like (Y/n)?" Emma asked abruptly.
"I mean yeah, he's a nice guy. Pretty cool friend to have." Florence mumbled.
"So you don't have a crush on him? You two seem...close."
"I did, but I think we'd be better off as friends, you know?"
"Oh, alright." Emma agreed, and was secretly celebrating inside. She didn't have to compete with her! All she had to do was just find the perfect time to explain how she felt to (Y/n), or she could let him make the first move.
She decided on letting (Y/n) make the first move and then see what happened as time went on. And they were love interests in the movie, so they would have a wedding scene and many kiss scenes!
Everyone quickly made their way to where they were supposed to go and get ready. (Y/n) and Timothee were the first ones ready, and so they waited for everyone else.
"So, you and Emma?" Timothee asked.
"What about her?"
"You like her, don't you?"
"Oh, yeah. I guess. I mean she's really pretty and nice. She's also kinda funny too." He mumbled, making sure she wasn't there. This wasn't the way he wanted to confess his feelings.
"Well, just ask her out man. Shouldn't be too hard, she likes you back."
"Maybe. I think I should wait a bit, I've only known her for like a week, well more than that but we've only talked to each other for a week or so."
"Fine, just you'll have to do it soon."
"Yeah."
Everyone else showed up, and they quickly got started.
"ACTION!"
Laurie, Meg, Jo, and Sebastian were at the theater watching a play. Jo and Laurie were snickering and laughing at the play, while Meg and Sebastian were watching the play intently, when they were not stealing quick glances at each other.
Once the play ended, they left the theater. Sebastian offered his hand out to Meg, and Jo glared at him. Laurie jokingly offered his arm to Jo, and she took it, going along with the joke.
"That was a nice play. I quite enjoyed it." Sebastian commented.
"CUT!"
(Y/n) and Emma quickly removed their hands, both of them blushing a tiny bit. Timothee and Saoirse watched them, both of them sharing a knowing look.
They were starting on all the scenes that weren't in the March House, so the next one they filmed was when Beth is using the Laurence piano.
"ACTION"
Beth is playing the piano as Sebastian is walking down the stairs. He stops when he hears the quiet melody of the piano. Curiously, he goes and sees Beth entranced in the music. Once she finishes, Sebastian gives her a round of applause.
"I know you, you're the one who brought Meg home from the ball and the play."
"Indeed I am. Sebastian Laurence, nice to meet you..." He starts, not knowing her name.
"Beth. Beth March."
"Nice to meet you Beth March."
"Nice to meet you as well, Sebastian Laurence. You're the one who's trying to court my sister aren't you?"
"Trying to yes, so far it isn't working."
"She talks about you all the time at home." Beth states, pressing lightly on the piano keys.
"Enough talk, let's hear you play. I did enjoy your last piece."
Beth starts playing the piano again, and the two listen to the music together.
"CUT!"
After going over the scenes and filming them until they were perfect, the day was over and they all went to the apartment building.
"Well, this is my stop. Bye guys!" Emma waved, stepping off the elevator.
"Bye Em!" (Y/n) waved back, sending her a bright smile.
(Y/n) was the last stop, and he went back to his apartment. Once he got inside, he went straight to the couch and lied down. He took a quick nap before he was ready to start making dinner.
He went to the kitchen and got out his ingredients, but stopped when there was a knock on the door.
